Starlink's basic performance is adequate. However, their customer service dependance on "AI" is egregious.
My issue currently: I ordered a Starlink Mini (after Starlink sent me an offer). Then, the app stated that to expect the item to be delivered between Dec 6th- Dec 11th. When I asked the customer support what the delay was and when I could expect the item delivered, I was told it would ship between Dec 6th and Dec 11th. I tried several times to contact support about this contradiction and there was no resolution. In short, not only has Starlink's shipping been very unsatisfactory, their customer support is abysmal and their information provided to the customer is contradictory.

This company when you call is absolutely rude and I was hung up on. I signed up, paid the fee of 21.00 and called them they wanted another 229.00 fee. I told them no it states on the site the one time fee of 21.00, the rep was rude and hung up. These ppl do not belong in business, not only that none speak English?

Sadly I did not realize until now that Starlink has been double charging me for over 5 months !!!! I signed up for the 60$ plan - on top of the 60$ charge they also charge me an additional 160$! in 4 months they have taken over 1200 with random 80$ charges and 140$ charges . I had no idea. 4 months x 60= 240 they got 1200!!!!! is this NORMAL it seems that this company is nOTRRIOuS for over charging customers !!!!! will they issue refund it’s so hard to even get ahold of them ! is there an alternative at this point I don’t want starlink !!!!!

Everything related to Starlink reviews is suspicious. Type in Starlink reviews into Google, you get nothing.
Their customer service is laughable. I wonder if the FTC is aware of how Starlink/SpaceX is manipulating the review system. If a small company tried the tactics they are using, they'd get nailed to the wall.

I bought their "rental" package a week ago, not knowing they couldn't provide a static IP address ( that was my bad). Day later when the package hadn't shipped yet I realize about his problem and ask customer support to cancel my subscription and to keep the satellite. It's been a week, the package has been shipped and it's probably arriving tomorrow, so I'll be stuck with a massive dish till they respond to my messages, and then I'll have to ship it back. And if they don't reply until next month, I'll have to pay their 350 euro cancellation fee.
If it ever comes to that I think I'll pursue legal action against them to get my money back.

I am currently unable to use my Starlink service due to an unexpected and extremely high service charge on my account, which I cannot afford. My account was recently billed NGN 3,479,647.19 (approximately USD 2,271.40), which is far above my usual monthly payment of NGN 50,000 (USD 32.64).
Since I began using Starlink, I have consistently been charged the lower rate, and I never received any notification or confirmation of a change to my subscription plan that would justify such a charge. I do not know how or why my plan was changed, or by whom. The only recent change on my end was moving to a new location, where I allowed an installer to set up my dish and was required to provide access to my account.
I kindly request that this incorrect charge be canceled and removed from my account. Please also reset my profile and restore my subscription to the standard plan so I can continue enjoying Starlink as normal.
I am a student, and I originally purchased Starlink for my schooling activities and gaming. I cannot afford the amount currently charged, but I can manage up to NGN 70,000 per month. If there is an alternative plan or flexible billing arrangement that allows me to continue using the service while paying monthly, I would be very grateful.

Feeling Swindled
While staying at my sister's somewhat rural house for some time, I ordered Starlink to see if it was any better than the only wired ISP option. It was most definitely not. We placed the dish in the unobstructed back yard and the speeds were abysmal. So I cancelled the service because Starlink's support was not helpful at all. A few months later I received an email asking to buy back the equipment at roughly half price. I wasn't using it, so I shipped it back using the shipping label in my Starlink account (so I know it was a legitimate request). Unfortunately (but unsurprisingly) Starlink still has not paid me the promised buyback amount. I contacted Starlink and even the FTC and have received no response from either. Stay away from Starlink if you can!

Starlink has terrible customer service...My internet not working so I called Starlink..they would not help unless I up graded .Very rude people..they told me not to call them again...I can not access them through the Starlink app or website..to put in a ticket..no trace of wi fi Starlink at my house..like they ghosted me???

No response to customer service inquiry - I wanted to upgrade my plan straight away, but it won't upgrade until the next billing cycle which is not until next month. I can only top up in expensive blocks. I asked the question and they just said it will upgrade immediately. When I responded with a screenshot clearly saying it won't start until next month, they just stopped responding. They won't answer any questions and when I raise new queries they shut them saying they are the same as the existing query that they won't answer. Terrible customer service. Plus - it takes more than double the amount of data to download the movie through Starlink than it does through my phone data - the same service - so it chews through data rapidly.

Received "an automatically generated invoice". I have not ordered anything for a year. It is not possible to cancel the invoice. Never experienced anything like this in any company. Get out of this company. Do not order from Starlink. I have no further comments.

Absolutely not worth the stress. No real customer service, long wait for response, no phone line, just the app. I have no internet and I have an exam! It has been so stressful and I was told this is the best internet I can get in Sicily! Wow! Can’t imagine the rest of the providers then. They tell me not to create additional tickets as this will slow down my response time! Hahaha Guess what, I think 3 days to respond go beyond all reasonable time when it comes to customer service and “premium money” provider! Absolute rubbish!

I ordered it expecting the internet to work it did not.
Website claimed 30 returns accepted so thought be fine instead give me to start with silly a.i or staff reply back plus lying over things being resolved two times so far.
Now having my payment provider and bank deal with them.
I did hear about the bad returns on this site but still surprised it be this bad
