Funny smell, Not a fan

I opened the product and it has a funny smell. It is really really lightweight. I called to get a refund and the guy stated he canceled my subscription. Based on all the negative reviews, Im hoping there is NOT a charge going further.

Don't Get Fooled!

Don't purchse. I wish I had read these reviews prior to buying this product. It came under the guise that it was sponsered by Ulta Cosmetics-reputable company, right? I could have save the fraudulent charge of $115 subscription charge that luckily was caught by my bank but resulted in me having to get a new card. The product actually dries out my skin so no visible results as promised. Stay away!

I placed an order

I placed an order, it went through but a few days later I was charged the same amount and another charge of $115. Luckily my bank notified me of fraud charges and I disputed the charges, but also the credit card used was a prepaid and out of money.Yay! I contacted support because order never came, they said they re-shipped it and it was all still the same information. Last contact they told me to go to USPS and see where the package was. It was a valid USPS Tracking number but I had to request a missing package. Still waiting This is October and it all started in June.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware. I ordered and did receive product. However after ordering and not using my card again I was notified by the Fraud Center for charges being made that I had not made. It was now in the dark web. Had to get a new debit card.

I am extremely impressed with cellbel…

I am extremely impressed with cellbel face cream. It feels so luxurious and goes on like silk.
I have used numerous creams over the past 10 years or so and I had settled on no. 7. But, this is sooo much better. I have noticed a marked difference in lines around my mouth, between my eyes and a few fine lines. Some are completely invisible now. I would recommend this to anyone with dry skin!

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Total scam! BEWARE They offer a free trial with only paying shipping which I did and the next thing you know they signed me up for their subscription plan that I DID NOT order and they charged my credit card $115.95. I called and they won't refund the full amount and offer 75% credit back. Why should I even pay 25% for something I didn't order or even want? This company is a total SCAM!

Fraud Fraud Fraud

Fraud Fraud Fraud
They sign you up for things inside of another order being placed. They send orders that you never ordered because they can't produce copy of said order. When you try to get your money back they offer 75% refund. They are a scam!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I would put a zero

I would put a zero, but that is not an option. They are a scam. I was charged $19.95 for a rewards program that I didn't sign up for. I called and emailed as soon as I saw the charges. They refused to refund my money. I requested a cancellation email for this "rewards program" that I never signed up for, and never received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The individual offored me 75% off products, but refused to refund my money for the rewars program

I agree with the women who thought she was buying a promotion for shipping only. That happened to me as well. I did get 2 products but the packing list said 3 items. When I complained they offer 50% off of about a $20 bill(still waiting to see) but I believe this is an awful company scamming the public.I eel scammed but happily not for a great deal of money but still wrong. I just wanted over.
Don’t fall for this offer. I hope to be more discerning from here on.

Scammed

Wish I could give no stars. I saw a ad thru internet. It said free but I pay shipping. When I got t pay screen I was charged $19. I figured OK, it was fine to try this product. When applied, it burned around my eyes. More careful next time I applied, it still was uncomfortable. Next thing I know i havea charge for $115 from the company, Holistic Discounts Fresh. I contacted them and they apologized saying it was for a recurring subscription. I said no I don't want the subscription. They removed the charge and replaced it with a $89 charge. I have not been able to get this charge off my account. I really don't want to change my bank card again. This is a scam! I try to be careful of getting scammed, by being careful of what I purchase from ads. Unfortunately most ads sign you up automatically for subscriptions. From now on I will only purchase from online stores, Amazon, Target and Walmart, as you can return items more easily. I even told the company I'd be happy to return the product. I just want the $89 refunded. DO NOT GET SCAMMED like me. DO NOT purchase online from Holistic Discounts Fresh, they are not a good company.
