first couple of transactions with putting money into the account was fine UNTIL this thing decided it wanted to STEAL £4 off me. i am NOT happy with this thing whatever it is it’s so dumb and idiotic and needs to give me my money back right now because it’s very rude.

This shitty website pays people to write good reviews and to spread lies that it works. I've seen a lot of people showing an footage of getting scammed by starpets and why would u need to give your bank info to them? So they can steal al your money. Do NOT buy from this website, they hack your roblox account and bank account. + They delete bad reviews so wil this review prob also get deleted by those pathetic little gooners.

First time trying the app and already don't like it. I keep trying to put my money in but every time I try, the payment fails for whatever reason. I know this isn't because of insufficient funds and all my data is correct. Honestly not worth the hassle and risk.

Unauthorised charges on my account.
Though at first starpets was fulfilling its purpose. I started noticing unauthorised charges on my card from starpets which went up to $50, labelled under fees (they first started at under a dollar and built up though I had only purchased twice), however fees are already included when first purchasing from starpets. Concluding that starpets has hidden fees and will charge you unauthorised payments through your card if you decide to use it as a payment method. Also if you decide to use whatever Roblox account to redeem/claim your pets, make sure it is not your main as there have been hackers trying to get into my accounts as Starpets is not secure enough. Though it is #1 for adopt me pets sites, it is only because it is well known enough. Better alternatives are U7buy and Rpgstash which will not hack you and won't charge you hidden fees. They also offer safer payment methods. So I recommend these instead.
