This site is a scam. I ordered a product, realized I was billed $29.99, called and emailed to cancel the hidden membership. They still charged me the following month. I have emailed and called several times and no one has responded.

I never received the product. Never received any confirmation that it was ordered. And my credit card was immediately billed. It's been a few weeks. Will be calling this morning. No answer. And just noticed that the credit card was billed and additional two times. Total scam operation!

This is a complete scam. Charged me twice with no product being delivered. Doesn't answer calls or respond to emails. Don't even think about trying to get anything from them. They will charge you again for a higher amount after a week and a half for no reason

Ordered from these guys they still have not shipped my order. It’s been two weeks. They have ignored all my calls and emails, but they took my money real fast falling disputes against them. They are fraudulent scam website out to steal money.

I cancelled my membership to Stars and Stripes supply on July 22 2024 and they acknowledged it with an email. Then they turned around and under their other company name Patriot pro network they charged me another membership fee again on August 2nd. Be very careful of this company and their shady practices. They kind of hide the fact that you have to join a club to buy from them. Then you better watch and see how many times they will charge you after you cancel and the different names.

At my persistence they have refunded my $29.99 but not the $39.95. I ask for it all to be refunded immediately. As of this writing I am still waiting on the remainder.

Soup beans & baked potatoes were great. Side salad was OK just ice burg lettuce, tomatoes, cheese & croutons; the best part was the croutons.They were out of cornbread so that was a bummer. The ribeye steak needed a chain saw but we didn’t have one. The restroom was smelly and nasty looking. Don’t waste your money.

Waited 7 days for my order still not dispatched.
Emailed them after 7 days - no answer
Messaged on live chat on 10th day - no answer
Messaged on live chat on 11th day, also sent email, also filled out "contact us" form on website. Finally someone gave me a unsatisfactory answer that there was an issue with the payment. I checked with my bank there was no issue. Then after 1 hour they decided to cancel my order and told me they will refund my money. Still Waiting....

Terrible service - most importantly made me miss the birthday party treats...

Ordered the American mystery box for £15.99. A week had passed with no update so I contacted them to be told the order had been "missed at the warehouse" so would be fulfilled straight away. A few days later I received an update saying it's been dispatched. Another week passed and no parcel had been delivered. I contacted them again asking for a tracking number so I could track the parcel. Ignored. I gave it another week, still no parcel so I contacted them again via three different emails addresses, and via Instagram. Ignored. Still no parcel, still no tracking number, and still no replies. Disgusting customer service!

Great service. They couldn’t have been more helpful when I needed assistance. My children are going to love their surprise gifts.

My orders been awaiting fulfillment for a while now.

I placed an order at the beginning of September and a few weeks later I asked for an update on it. I was told it was being fulfilled. Another week went by and I asked again for an update and was notified that it was with a different courier service than their normal due to the weight. I asked again for an update on my order and was told there has been an unforeseen delay and they would be sending out a new order. A few days pass and still no updates so I contacted again. This time I was told that I would be getting a refund because I clearly did not like the customer service I was receiving. I had just wanted an update on my order and when it would be arriving, however I was over dealing with the whole process and requested a refund receipt for proof of refund. More time goes by and still no return receipt or evidence of refund in my bank account. I asked again for a refund receipt otherwise I would have to contact my bank to get my money back. I was told that “threats against my team” would not be tolerated. This was a shock to me as telling them I’d contact my bank to help in getting a refund was seen as a “threat” rather than a last resort option with the poor communication and customer I had been receiving from this company. After this I was sent a message saying “let’s move forward from this” with my refund receipt and a voucher. I received my refund a few days later. Now their website no longer works. I would not recommend this company just on service alone as I am unable to comment on product quality.

Waiting 2 months for my purchase and still not here.

I loved everything that I bought and the customer service was amazing I would definitely recommend shopping here the prices and the quality is amazing!!!!

My parcel never turned up as not all my address as written was used to post out according to my delivery invoice. I am still waiting for PayPal to resolve this issue and refund my money. This same problem also happened to my friend. It’s a shame as we were really looking forward to receiving the mystery box.

Absolutely super service had 2 boxes go missing from van ( delivery company to blame )but nothing was a problem my third one came eventually was really pleased with it but have to say Ryan is a star amazing communication from him he’s an absolute gent and nothing was to much trouble would recommend to anyone and will most definitely buy again
