We were only made aware of the delivery issue this morning and responded to your message within less than an hour to try and assist as quickly as possible. Since then, we have been in contact with the courier company, who advised that they had difficulty reaching you as the contact number provided appeared not to be working when tested. We immediately requested an alternative number from you and passed it on to the courier to help resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
From the courier’s tracking information, we can see that three delivery attempts were made. That said, we are equally disappointed and concerned that your parcel has taken this long to reach you, and we are currently escalating the matter with the courier to understand why we were not alerted sooner that there was a delivery problem.
At Star Sweepers, we always strive to provide the best possible service, and this experience is certainly not reflective of the standard we aim for. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we work to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

Good quality - fast delivery
The delivery was fast, got delivered within 5days and I stay in a very rural area. Got the free thermometer guide with it, my little guy loves it and wants to stay in it all day. Great product and solid quality. Now my son wants a white one.
