Best customer service ever!

Best customer service ever!

Sandy comes regularly to Prague (and other places I suppose) to take measurements and show the fabrics. I used their services twice.

Couple days ago I got an email that they now offer face masks made to match their bespoke suits/shirts, using the same fabric/pattern.
I asked if by any chance they had a record of what fabrics/patterns were used for the shirts they made for me in 2018 and 2019.
This was the response from the owner:

Dear Daniel Brvnistan,

Thanks for your email.

Regrettably the fabric for the 4 supplied shirts to you has been discontinued with the local agent.

However, I may be able to find 1 or 2 fabrics and make it for you.
I will send them to the coffee shop along with other items and they will call you once it gets there.

These will be complimentary to you.
