Hello everyone, I worked at this company for a long time and can confidently say that most of the team worked diligently, and the quality of education was generally good. However, throughout my time there, I witnessed recurring issues with students who had to interrupt their studies or employees who stopped working with the company. The company does not process refunds, fails to pay salaries, and stops responding to communication. Given the current situation, I can say with certainty that things have only gotten worse. I strongly advise you to be very cautious when choosing this school, as there is a real risk that you won’t get your money back if something goes wrong. I also recommend checking the Google reviews, where you’ll find many students who have had similar negative experiences.

I've studied digital marketing course in 2024. At that time, the program was relevant, and in general, the training helped me to improve skills. Teachers provided with useful material, helped in learning process and with the final case.
However, even then there were noticeable irregularities in work of the course curators and the organization of the studying process.
Now, talking with other students, I can see that the situation has worsened – tuition refunds are carried out with great difficulties, and employees who leave the company face unpaid salaries for months. In general, the company behaves incorrectly at times when relations with students or staff are suspended.
I recommend that you carefully check the contract and seriously consider whether to contact this school.

I spent €2,500 on this course, but the quality of education does not match the price at all. They promised 652 academic hours, but the diploma states only 560. Classes were frequently rescheduled to inconvenient times (evenings or Saturdays), which was not mentioned in the contract. Homework assignments remained unchecked for months, and multiple instructors were swapped within a single module, making the learning process chaotic.

The quality of teaching in some modules was extremely poor, especially in SMM – the material did not even cover the basics! Google Ads and Facebook Ads were rushed, while an excessive amount of time was spent on writing CVs.

The diploma was issued only in digital format, and the printed version had no official stamp, making it practically useless.

I do not recommend this course! For this price, you can find truly professional training, not chaos and a lack of responsibility.

My goal for the Digital Marketing program was to gain new knowledge on marketing and to continue to develop my current projects with new knowledge. I had taken various courses before and did not expect much from the online training, but the result was a pleasant surprise for me. In my current project, I am engaged in the creation of a website and MVP, so the knowledge of no-code tools for me was one of the most important. There also was a lot of practice even on the theoretical topics. The most useful topics for me were advertising setup, market evaluation and creating a customer avatar. My aim was to get a basic understanding of marketing but as a result I got a ready-made toolkit and an understanding of how and what to use. With the new knowledge I can attract marketing specialist to my projects, understand their work and control them better. I recommend this course to people with a marketing background who want to get a more up to date knowledge.

The marketing field was completely new to me and I was eager in diving into it and gaining new knowledge. It was very useful and exciting to study the use of different types of advertising. I also want to point out program experts who were very clear in delivering the content of the course. Now I know a lot of different applications and programs that can be used to create and promote projects. The main insight of the program for me is that not all ideas that come to mind can be realized. I recommend the Digital Marketing course to people who have a lot of ideas that they want to implement, but do not know how, and to those who want to change career track.

I wanted to get more practice and a good theoretical base to develop my project, I wanted to become a specialist at the end of the program. And I can say that the course met my expectations. The content of the course is very clear and easy to follow, the topics are given in small steps and you have a lot of practice. As a result I’ve learnt how to create websites and understand various no-code tools. I also have now an understanding of what kind of marketing direction I will be engaged in, since the course deals with various types of advertising. I recommend the Digital Marketing program to anyone who wants to dive deeper into marketing and develop oneself in this field!

I wanted to master a new profession in IT, get the necessary knowledge and find a new job. It was also important for me to find a course in Europe in Russian. And the Digital Marketing course fully met my expectations. Most of all I liked the level of program experts, the way how attentively they treat students. The feedback that the experts gave throughout the course as well as during the final project presentation was very valuable and useful. All experts are professionals in their field. It was very convenient that all classes are recorded, so you don't have to be afraid if you miss something. The most useful topics for me were marketing and market analysis, target audience research. I have completed the Digital Marketing program at Starta Institute. It has been a good experience for me. I chose marketing because I have a customer-oriented mindset and no background in coding. The program helped me gain strong knowledge of the subject and get a European certificate that is widely recognized and boosted my confidence in my ability to find a job as a marketer.
The classes were informative, with knowledgeable and lively teachers. The recordings of the classes were also helpful for reviewing the material at my own pace. I particularly enjoyed the presentations on Glide, which was explained very well. The feedback collected during the program was promptly implemented, which showed that the program is dedicated to continuous improvement.
The career center was a valuable resource for me, and Antonina provided direct assistance in securing my internship.
