Tried to speak to a manager at this taxi ask for the name of manager. If your running a legitimate business and your company is registered with company house you should have no problem in giving me your name. Don’t trust this company manager or no manager Stafford would never recommend this as a safe service.

I am verry pleased with my driver cab for over 1 year, never disappointed, I had a trip from Market Harborough to Corby ,and the driver David , was so chatting and quite enjoyable. Thank you 😊

Wasn't all that bad drivers very nice and very kind they get there a few mins late due to the road or traffic but overall pretty good

Rip off company takes you around your desolation and back to charge more money !!!

Rubbish taxi company . This is the most unreliable taxi service I have ever used. Let me down the first time so gave them a second chance and they let me down again despite allowing them a half hour window and paying in advance . On both occasions was late for appointments and had to order from an alternative company .

My experience of this company is that they are unprofessional. A prepaid trip was not communicated to the driver, who then wanted to also charge.

My return trip booked way in advance, I was informed
my driver was delayed for 10 mins. He did not arrive so they called another company to pick me up and dictated the price.

Helpfully the company they called, the driver was honest and transparent and charged me the correct price.

They charged me nearly 50 pounds from Hartley wintney to Basingstoke. I think it’s far too expensive.
The driver was awful and rude. Don’t use them.

Do not use this taxi service. Order a taxi for 7.30 ,after 3 calls turned up at 8,15 ,45 minutes late standing in the cold with a cold takeaway ,thanks lads no apology just we are really busy fyp

Asking for my phone and jewellery...because I've walked from hospital to ovy at 4am... because I left my bank card at home... got out of the taxi on the bypass by B&Q, because SIMON..!!! Is a PRIK...

Fantastic professional service. Our driver Mostafa was excellent and we are very thankful he got me and my family to the airport on time as there was a delay on the M25 We would not use any other company when we travel back to England.

Star Taxis were fab; they arranged to get a group of 17 to a party and 34 of us home at again at the end of the evening, with various drop off points. This was all arranged at short notice. Rafi was great at communicating; a very happy group of party goers! Thank you Star Taxi.

I booked online the night before I needed to travel and realised in the afternoon that I'd not received a confirmation. I called them and they explained that their online system wasn't working but didn't offer an apology. I used an alternative company to get to my event and asked Star Taxis to do the pickup later that evening, which they confirmed over the phone. The designated time arrived and I get a call from their driver saying that he wasn't going to make it for a further 45 minutes. We used yet another taxi company to pick us up. Don't bother with these guys unless you're prepared to be disappointed. One missed trip is a blip, to miss both of my journeys is systemic. One wonders why services like Uber are doing so well.

Emailed the company using their website requesting a quote. No reply was forthcoming

I thoroughly recommend Star Taxis. I used them a couple of times a day for a two week period travelling to and from work. Clean cars. Friendly drivers and reasonable prices. Only late a couple of afternoons when crazy road works made the journey almost impossible and both times rang in advance of my normal pick up time to explain the issue.

Excellent service. On time, clean car and friendly driver. definitely use them again!
