Refusal to pay the FULL $7,200 PROFIT and charges without proof.
Starterproptrader accused me of being a manager of another prop company, because I write more about them (there are adequate conditions and no delays in payments) than about starterproptrader. For information I have a rating with more than 15 prop companies.
starterproptrader did not show any official proof of their words.
I was demanded first to make withdrawalt “on Demand”, which according to the rules will be more than 2 times lower vs normal withdrawal after 14 days. After my refusal they made a second demand. They said that they will pay only half of the profit 4000 from total 8000 profit from my first 100k Funded account. The rest will be paid ONLY if I follow their plan clearly and do advertising several posts a week in my community. This is an illegal requirement that was not agreed in the contract.
Here are the facts
Instead of the promised leverage of 100 which is indicated on the site and at the moment of passing the Challenge I was given on the Funded account 5 leverage.
Everywhere it is possible is delaying the time to issue a Funded account. My second Funded account was not issued after 5 working days from the moment of signing the contract.
Also for information - everyone who has received a payout MUST do a review on that payout, otherwise you will not be able to trade on your Funded account further.
Any comment can be interpreted by starterproptrader as disclosure of contract information. You can get your account blocked for this.
Because of this (especially because of the new conditions that I had to do to get the remaining profits) I stopped working with this company completely. The profit balance on the first 100k Funded account remained $4,000 and the second 100k Funded account was not released after 5 days of signing the contract.
