Ordered my son a PSG kit in October, they claim to have sent it to an old billing address even though their paperwork had the right shipping address.
They finally answered an e mail stating it had been sent and they could not do anything about it. Now Late January and not responding….. Spent £45 and received nothing. Absolutely outragous!

Only gave 1 star because I had to rate them at least that....not even deserving of that. Fake site, take your money and run.
My mum bought my son an England shirt not realising they were fake, all the numbers and letters have fallen off first wash. Avoid at all costs....

DO NOT BUY!! AVOID!! Brought a shirt for my husband, waited 4 weeks, still not arrived! Took ages to reply back to my emails, said they will refund me, no refund has arrived 12 days later and now ignoring me! Dont waste your money.

Please don’t waste your money. I ordered my son a tracksuit which took forever to arrive. When it did turn up the quality is appalling and wish to return it. But now their website has disappeared and they heir apparent called live chat conveniently don’t recognise my order number so I have no way of returning let alone get my money back!!! Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

Bought a shirt thinking it was original as it says on there website and it's a copy asked for a refund load's of times now they are not responding to me,dont buy from this site because all the shirt's are fake if you want rubbish get it from here don't waste your money on crap

Bit concerned . Ordered PSG tracksuit on 13th November. Had a confirmation email and an estimated dispatch time but haven't received it . Their website is down and the email address doesn't exist ! Also , their online chat feature says my order number is wrong when it's exactly as it says on the confirmation email.

I feel I've been scammed ! 😩 wish I'd looked here first!

Please please please don’t use this company I ordered a Newcastle United retro top 3 weeks ago it finally arrived Monday gone when I opened up the package the top is CRAP the shirt logos are stickers the badge is a sticker the Adidas logo is a joke I’ve tried to get in touch to return through there live chat system for a couple of days now and I’ve had no reply(if I’m honest I’m not surprised by this) can’t get any contact details either so if you are thinking of buying off this company please think twice as you’re wasting your money

Wish I had read this 1st. Ordered a tracksuit. Turned up wrong size and not personalised. Been trying to return but like many others I've been given excuse after excuse why I can't get a refund. Utter cowboys.

Ordered the top i required been delivered but surprise surprise its the incorrect top been supplied never use these again

Can anybody help I ordered a shirt a couple of weeks ago, had no dispatched details just an email with the order number, tried to reply to this but no success. Looking at all reviews it looks a scam how do you get money back etc?? Help please....

I ordered a vintage Liverpool away kit, came brand new with tags and the printing on the back is perfect. I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews, as usually when someone gets scammed or a poor product - it’s me!
I recently checked the website to see what else is on offer but it appears that the website is currently under construction and will be back soon I guess? Dunno but yeah, guess I got lucky? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ordered the Ajax third shirt. Unlike some I did receive the shirt but was not happy with the quality. The shirt is black but the black Ajax badge on the front had been sewn on using YELLOW thread? I sent an email complaining and was informed that the relevant department would be in touch. Nothing! Another email, same reply. Now as below I keep getting email address not valid and there is no trace of Starting 11 on the web!! 🤔

I Wish I had read these reviews before ordering and paying for a football shirt. Tried to contact them to find out where my order is and the website is not working. Only a chat facility that’s just giving automated messages. I have now requested that my bank looks into the transaction. I think I’ve been got by a scam website - I’m usually very careful but seems I’ve been caught out this time

Got the shirt I ordered and it arrived with mold on the front lettering..not suprised as it was rolled in 3 plastic bags with 1 small silica gel bag. Was initially told i couldn't get a refund even though their own site stated that they'll refund defective items, eventually managed to get a refund. They actually told me to just wash it and they'd give me a % off. It was bought to be gifted, I wasn't going to gift that. They were polite and offered other options but need to introduce a proper refund policy.

Wish I’d have read these reviews first (big mistake) - Ordered West Ham Kit for grandson - turned up with Liverpool Red Socks not Claret & Blue. Couldn’t contact Customer Services & both “Orders” email address & Customer email address had been shut down.
As others have said - DO NOT use this website.

Absolute fakes. Ordered 3 different kits for my son for Xmas- clearly faker than Jordan’s chest. Contacted them to return for a refund. Not a chance apparently and they said kits are ‘official licensed replicas’. Licensed by which official god knows but avoid this site at all costs. £39 for a blag infants kit is disgusting and totally misleading website. Just gutted I hadn’t read all the other awful reviews saying the same thing.

if I could award minus 5 stars I would. Avoid this website like the plague. The website looks genuine and the prices are remarkable. The products they are selling aren't genuine. They are counterfeit but they tell their customers that they are genuine. I've just received a tracksuit which I was told wasn't a fake, but it isn't a genuine adidas tracksuit but it has the adidas logo on and the quality is awful.
I've gone to request a refund and surprise surprise......... I've been told I cant have a refund and made up a load of excuses.
