Very unreliable. I ordered from several companies and they all using Australia Post. All delivered within few days, except my Dyson from Sydney using StarTrack. Two failed attempted deliveries while m... See more

Spoke to a guy named Ben at the call…
Spoke to a guy named Ben at the call center today. Rudest, most unpleasant person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He's obviously in the wrong job.
Lost urgent medical supplies
They lost a parcel of urgent medical supplies. How do you lose a tracked parcel with a big green sticker saying urgent medical supplies! No accountability or transparency and now without required prescription for 2 weeks due as it can only be dispensed every 2 weeks, not to mention the cost and out of pocket expense!
Update
I have been advised by the sender they suspect it has been stolen as they have had other parcels do the same thing this week and were confirmed stolen and reported to the police
If I could give negative stars I would
If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered an item online which was sent using Star Track. They "attempted" delivery but were unsuccessful and my package was returned to the sender which I received a refund for. I re-ordered this item and called Star Track in advance giving them delivery instructions as I live above a shop. I requested the driver receive these instructions so that it would successfully be delivered and of course, they "attempted" again and were unsuccessful. This is so frustrating, especially seeing as I had given detailed instructions on where to leave the package. I can't stand this courier service. They won't even contact you! I was home the whole time and drivers don't even call you. Waste of time and effort. DO NOT USE THEM.
Delivery company that doesn’t deliver
They just don’t deliver anything to our house. It’s perfectly reachable sealed suburban street, and when we complained in the past they openly lied and said the street wasn’t sealed and it was a rainy day - which also is incorrect. I work from home there’s 0% chance they couldn’t find me yet tracking says attempted delivery. If you won’t deliver at least be honest and say “we don’t want to do the job we were paid for”. What a joke of a service.
No efficiency, no acknowledgement, no apology - repeatedly.
For reasons I do not know, Star Track is unable to deliver a package to my home which is 3 hours west of Sydney & 20 minutes away from a Star Track depot. Each time my package is redirected from this said depot back to Sydney which means each time I do not receive my package with any efficiency. The average time taken to deliver to me from Sydney is 6 - 10 days. Remember I am 3 hours away. It would be easier to drive to Sydney to collect the package. Star Track has never offered a reason my parcels are repeatedly misdirected back to Sydney. Each time my parcel lands in the nearby depot, it is redirected back to Sydney. That is what is happening right now. It's coming back from Sydney. If tbe parcel arrives tomorrow, it will be a 7 day transit. My solution: request all businesses (that post to me from overseas) to NOT use couriers that hand on to Star Track. I am a business & I need to be efficient. So does Star Track need to be efficient.
Melbourne to Adelaide in TEN days
Tracking from Melbourne to Adelaide to Wingfield to Kadina then back to Wingfield and now sits silent ready for another weekend. Taking it to a total of ten days to deliver a box. I could have walked over to Vic and returned faster than this circus called Star Track.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
Yandina Starstrak/Aus Post SHOWER OF S#it
Yandina Startrack/Aus Post What a shower of Sh%t this company is. No card left,No phone number to call .Tracking number not working all of a sudden. Tried to dilever at 14.30 not a thing on my secutity camera .I you keep treating people like there stupid it will bite you in the Backside at some point.
I was at home expecting a delivery...but "no place safe to deliver"!
I was at home expecting a delivery. The Australia Post app gave me a window, fine. a few minutes after the window, i get a message that there was no safe place to leave the parcel. But no-one attempted ring to check if I was home! Then tried to contact AP via the chat on the app but it : 1. did not give relevant answers/options 2. it "hung up" on me by closing the chat. LOL.
That's service all-round, just a very bad one!
It is not the first time that this happens. So, deliveries are left at post office while i am at working from home, ready to collect deliveries.
Australia Post/Star Track, this is appalling service.
Now that no card is left to say they tried to deliver, no doubt there is no incentive or proof that they tried to deliver and the lazy option is to leave at the post office. This will only increase.
Lazy StarTrack Drivers
Like previous reviewer I had a parcel being delivered by Telstra, received message saying that it would be delivered by close of business today,ok, so waiting, waiting, then checked my messages only to see in my tracking details that StarTrack had attempted delivery but address was incorrect,I contacted telstra to check what address trhey had and yes they had my correct address .I can only assume that the courier was too lazy to get out and bring the parcel to my door. This happens frequently with StarTrack ,there is no such thing as customer service with them, totally useless!!
Zero Communication and Poor Service
Vodafone had my new iPhone dispatched and delivered to the Sunshine Coast within four days of ordering it. Startrack did not attempt to deliver it and returned it without contacting me. The result is nearly three weeks after ordering the phone, and I am still waiting for it.
Very poor and do not recommend
They've lost 3 of my parcels
They've lost 3 of my parcels. They delivered one to a completely different suburb. (still not sure if I will get this one back, $3000 item) Another one independent of this missing ones said it went to a post office. It didn't. They couldn't find it. Turned up at the depot the next day then had to wait for it to be processed to be picked up the next day. This is the absolute worst courier service in Australia. So not use this service. DHL toll and even normal aus post are way better. Total disgrace. Change the name to Can'ttrack
If I could give negative starts I…
If I could give negative starts I would. No delivery text warning the day of delivery, no knock on the door and no card was left. The contact number to call had me on hold for 20 mins, they couldn't help me with anything. Not even the post office to pick it up from later. Absolutely useless service from a useless company.
10 out of 10
Came home to find out I had missed a delivery. Rang.here in Adelaide and they could not have been more helpful they immediately arranged for a re delivery which was 10.00 next morning
Plus in took only2 to come from Newcastle
Startrack took my item directly tolaziness or cost cutting the…
Startrack took my item directly to the nearest post office and pretended to leave an attempted to deliver note no such note was left this is the second time they have done this out of three deliveries pure laziness
Absolute worst delivery company operating in Australia by far
Absolutely useless service from StarTrack as usual. App says it’s being taken to the post office, card says it’s being taken back to the depot, ends up back at the depot. Then have to go online and wait minimum 2 business days to have the item redelivered or go pick it up yourself. Why the hell are they not taken to the post office when Australia post owns the company? Why are they not open for collection on weekends? Do they not realise people work during the week? Now I have to wait all weekend and then take a day off work to drive out of my way to their depot to pick up something I could have just picked up from the post office after work. By far the absolute worst delivery company operating in Australia, have never had a single good experience with StarTrack.
I came here to write how bad everything…
I came here to write how bad everything is with this and found some comfort seeing it's the same for everyone...I genuinely think there is some theft done by star track, already lost a parcel nobody could find and just had to spend about an hour to find the good person to call, who had the info but the info was they're useless. They basically attempt 2 random deliveries after warning you a couple hours in advance and then it's not their problem anymore. I'm not Aussie so I know I won't have to deal with them my entire life, but you guys should definitely sue this thief of a company, this should just not exist and it needs to be brought down
Had a package picked up by StarTrack on…
Had a package picked up by StarTrack on Wednesday morning last week in Brisbane, so it’s now Monday of the following week and my package has moved 1 suburb so far . Was supposed to be delivered Thursday last week , then they changed it to Monday and now it’s Monday afternoon and they still haven’t even picked it up from the depot . Absolutely awful service , use another carrier and save yourself the hassles.
As slow as Auspost, but you pay more
Missed delivery, was told they’d reattempt the next day and they didn’t. Now it’s Friday and I can’t pick up my parcel for another two days because it’s Friday. It will be 8 days to actually get my parcel. May as well have got free delivery. Auspost is bad, but it was a free option and takes just as long. Avoid using Startrack at all costs.
Wasn't home when they came to drop off…
Wasn't home when they came to drop off a 1500 dollar collectable I purchased from Melbourne I'm in Sydney.
The courier rung me (name is Jimmy)but my phone was on silent as I was away at work.
He didn't leave it thank god!as it wouldve been taken other thing's have been stolen that certain courier's just dumped in front of our apartment!was returned to depot..next day early morning I noticed on tracking they had it sent for redelivery.
I immediately rung Jimmy and said hey mate I left my garage open can you please put it in there...
He was only too happy to help and now it is safely delivered.
Thankyou star track and jimmy!
Incompetence at its most horrifying.
Stayed in all day waiting for our forwarding package to be collected. Got thru to a human late in the afternoon and was told that the driver could not find our house. Our address is easily navigated to using many phone apps. The driver had our phone number but failed to contact us. If this business is still running next year, I will be amazed.
