This is the worst broker. It takes people’s money and earns in an unethical way. There are spread issues, and withdrawals take 3–4 days just in processing. They are basically taking people’s money and running a big scam. Even my friends’ withdrawals are stuck. Stay as far away from this broker as possible. It’s the worst and most useless broker. Even other brokers at least process withdrawals in 3–4 days, but these people take 14–15 days and still don’t pay. It’s a terrible broker, and whoever is running it is also incompetent They have deducted my initial funds. This is a completely useless broker, the worst one

Another misleading statement by STARTRADER . I have not received any email, yet you claim here that a detailed email has been sent.
Secondly, I did not use any bonus, nor did I engage in high-frequency trading. The profits I made were purely due to market volatility, with only a few trades.

I tried more than 3 times to withdraw money from them, 3 times they were declined and on top of that they took ALL MY MONEY and got as a respond that it is a "cash adjustment" they are stealing people money. I didn't believe all those 1 star reviews but they were true!!!!!

I am reporting STARTRADER for a security breach involving 690,000 EUR. Unanthorized trades were executed on my account (19106975). I immediately reported the issue and opened a case with the Financial Commission.
Despite providing my full ID (Rayene Mohamed Wardiane) and verified payment documents, the broker ignored my emails for 48 hours. I demanded the immediate refund of my money to my Revolut account.
The situation was extremely stressful as I was locked out of my account, but #COINREFUNDS# stepped in and helped re cover everything.

Account blocked and withdrawal request rejected.
I submitted a withdrawal request via cryptocurrency from my trading account number 27071738 on April 9, 2026. The request was instantly rejected, and I am now unable to submit a new withdrawal request. It has been 4 days, and despite sending multiple emails, I have not received any response. I have now sent one final email requesting immediate resolution of this issue. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this firm under any circumstances.

Scame Broker, Unfair Account Block & Funds Deducted Without Explanation
I had a very disappointing experience with StarTrader. My trading account was suddenly blocked without any prior notice or explanation, and 312.92$ was deducted from my balance.
I did not receive any official email regarding this action. When I contacted their representative, I was told that my profit was removed due to account restrictions, which feels completely unfair and lacks transparency.
They did not specify why my account was restricted. And even after reviewing it for 15 days, they could not find a reason. Still, my funds were deducted completely illegally.
I don't know if I will be able to resolve this issue. But I also need to know the exact reason. For what crime was my balance deducted? I request the broker to resolve this issue.

After 6 months with Startrader I am…
After 6 months with Startrader I am happy to award 5 stars. The platform is still young, and there are still weaknesses that need to be fixed, especially regarding transparency. But I have not had any issues whatsoever depositing or withdrawing funds as reported by many other reviewers.
I now have substantial daily returns trading metals.
