Stay away and keep your money!!!!
UPDATE: please don’t be fooled by their response, they emailed me basically to tell me to jog on, nothing to see here. I can’t even escalate the matter, they don’t have a complaints department, I don’t think they have any departments other than the one that takes your money and sends out bot replies to emails.
