I ordered some work gloves at midday one day, and received them 24 hours later. I had paid for Royal Mail first class but they came by courier. I am very impressed with the level of customer service. This was a personal order rather than from a company.

Awful company do not use, delivery was late and they would not provide bolts after we paid over £200.00 for a trench cover!!

Initially I had a good experience with Lawrence who provided excellent information about the type of mirror I needed in my garden to see the back gate and where it could be positioned. However, the mirror I actually received was substandard. It was loose in the frame and had marks on it. I live in a windy area and didn’t want to annoy the neighbours with a rattling mirror.
I reported the problem and asked to return. I sent a pic but it was not clear enough for Diane and she asked for more detailed ones. I was told by Diane that the manufacturers would need to be contacted before they could offer a refund. I was then told it would cost around £20 plus vat for them to collect the damaged item or I could pay the carriage myself to return. I do not think the customer should be paying the return carriage when they have received something faulty esp when I had already paid £8 for postage plus vat to have it sent. £20+ to collect a small item to be returned is absolutely ridiculous. I would not order from them again.

Being a none trade customer and not used them before, but had eco grid at a competitive price. Look at a the reviews and were positive. I placed order for 300 eco grid on Monday and was delivered on Wednesday. Excellent service fast delivery and would definitely use them again.

I got some Geogrid for a Garden project.

I liked this site because it was well designed & the information I needed on the specfictions was clear.

After a couple of close calls on a narrow road, I decided to purchase some "tree cutting" signs for a job I was carrying out. I could not see what I needed on the site right away, but after phoning them they found exactly what I need and had them on site the very next day for me!

Could not be happier with the quality of the signs, or their service. Will certainly use them again.
