Ninja Sales Development...

Where to start.... I entered sales with minimal experience towards the end of Q3 2022. Since I was a pretty smooth talker as a bartender touring the U.S. and believed I had the gift of gab, I chose to launch a sales career in solar upon my rerun to the U.K. 2 months with no sales and blindly following the Sales Director with his "sales knowledge", I wound up spiralling into a deep hole filled with every possible sales technique known to man. Nothing was working and I knew it was either time to quit and try something else or invest in some external sales training. I stumbled upon Aaron after a brief chat with a mutual friend about my dire situation. He recommended I book a call with Aaron and discuss my situation.

Best financial decision I've ever made. Aaron took the time to truly understand my situation, the product, my current sales process, my weaknesses, my mindset, but also to understand my motivations. His one-on-one sessions were tailored to what I needed instead of a cookie cutter approach. You could tell he had meticulously thought about how to empower a young rookie sales rep. His sales approach is consultative and conversational... You never know you're actually in a sales cycle.

Within a few weeks Aaron taught me how to recalibrate my mindset prior to starting the day and before I started a sales call, a majestically simple sales process that is easy to remember, follow, and adapt to in real time, how to view objections and the effortless framework in which to handle and overcome customer objections, and most importantly... A pressure free close where customers are begging to buy from you.

My sales acumen developed tenfold within a few weeks of working with Aaron and I became the top sales rep in my company for Q4 of 2022 and I am currently the top sales rep for 2023. The simple investment of working with Aaron allowed me to bring in over £1,000,000.00 in revenue. Crazy numbers.

The reality is that you'll end up spending money on trivial things that won't do anything for your life rather than investing in yourself. My investment with Aaron has provided an ROI of over 600% and counting. Tell me an investment that provides those sort of returns?

If you knew you could triple your earnings within a year by investing in yourself first... would you do it?

Sucessfull B2C transition

The transition into the B2C world was a massive shock for me personally.
It presented huge new challenges, it required a completely new mindset and skillset/approach.
Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the process, very professional in how he deals with everything.
I can't thank him enough for all of his help, as I have never received such specialist training and ongoing support before!

Professional, Hands-On and Proven results

For 8 years my background has always been B2B. When I took my first B2C role last year, I was under the impression that the transition would be the simplest thing in the world, and that with my extensive sales experience - more than a majority of my new colleagues - I would hit the ground running and fly to the top of the leaderboards. Oh how I was mistaken. Who would have thought that the general public would be more fickle and difficult than the corporate collars I'd worked with for so long? It was frustrating, to say the least and I had no idea why I couldnt match the success i had seen previously to my new market... Until I signed up with Aaron. We first scheduled a 1:1 call where we set key goals and objectives. He immediately looked to understand my customer, what i was offering and what we were both looking to achieve. It was not a pre-made course, but a hands-on tutelage looking at how I was approaching each conversation and how I could subtly change vocabulary, tonality and even mindset to achieve the results I was looking for. And achieve the results I did. My conversion rate has improved 3 fold, as has my commission statement. Both of which, I only have Aaron to thank. 1000% I would recommend to anybody who is seeking aid in B2C sales, speak to Aaron and you can't go wrong!
