Website showed no subscription active.
I signed up for a subscription box using an offer in April. I then logged into my account to cancel my subscription on 3rd May, before another box arrived. The website showed a box saying “Subscriptions (0)” “there are no active subscriptions” there was also a button underneath saying “start subscribing” so nothing to cancel as there wasn’t a subscription active - which I took a screenshot of at the time.
21 days later, I get a charge to my account for the subscription box! I logged in, again it says “Subscriptions (0)” “there are no active subscriptions” however there was now another transaction showing in the account summary. I then clicked “subscriptions” which brought up another page, showing there was a subscription all along that wasn’t displaying on the previous page. I have DM’d them 3 times on their IG account asking for assistance in getting a refund and returning the items, which they have continued to post on without replying to me messages or a comment, I have filled out the contact form on their website and received no response there either.
Extremely disappointing service, to show no subscriptions active to cancel when there was a subscription is extremely misleading. I wasn’t given the opportunity to cancel the subscription due to the website showing there was no subscription active. I would absolutely avoid using StashyScrunchie.
