Hi my name is Jesse Kearney and I had applied for the first time online for my LLC business license not knowing what to do Ms.Emily and Casey stuck with me the hold time helping me out especially Ms.Emily she always responded back to my emails when I had questions. I was thinking of canceling my order but Ms.Emily help me get a better understanding of LLC and what it means for me and my new business I’m trying to achieve. We need more folks like them around to better assist the new beginners. Yes while I had a few conflicts with my LLC , I called and talked to Eric and he helped me tremendously! Even with all questions I had, cause I know we can ask a lot lol he kept a nice attitude and guided me through.

Total scam!!!The website said it would only be $99 dollars to file for my business and the charged my account $269. And they charged my account $199 for updating an agent address without my authorization in 2 days again.DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY WITH THEIR FAKE REVIEWS!!!

Eric always takes the time and puts in the effort to establish the clients needs are taken care of, which is highly appreciated!

Eric ROCKS! He took the time to basically walk me through the process in question by phone! He could have easily emailed a step by step, but was very personable. He dedication to customer service was evident, and very appreciated by this customer service driven girl (ME).

Emily made it super easy to refund my original payment and deduct some of the options I wanted to remove and get the correct order.

I made a mistake and filed my LLC through this third party. I explained what happened and Ashley was gracious and kind enough to help me figure everything out.
