BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - DO NOT TRUST
Look at their Website - the testimonials are fake. These people do not exist. Look at the other reviews here on Trust Pilot. All the positive reviews are also fabricated.
They claim to be a U.S. registered business, yet refuse to provide their License, the location thereof, names and location of company officers, their real full names or identifications.
ASK THE COMPANY TO PROVIDE THEIR BUSINESS LICENSE!!!
When they first contacted us, their website stated an address in Chicago - we confirmed they HAVE NO OFFICE OR LEGAL PRESENCE THERE.
After we told them this THEY ALTERED THE ADDRESS ON THEIR WEBSITE TO AN ADDRESS ON WILSHIRE BLVD IN LOS ANGELES AND WE HAVE CONFIRMED THAT IS ALSO FRAUDULENT.
THEY ARE NOT LEGAL TO CONDUCT BUSINESS ANYWHERE IN THE U.S.
Don’t be fooled and do not engage these people.

I, too, would give State Designers negative stars if I could.

I purchased a professional web design package from State Designers, thinking that they would be professional and provide a quality product.

In working with Hazel, she was constantly patronizing to me as I provided my feedback throughout the development process. She and her team would make errors, and when I politely let her know what I really wanted, she would go on saying how it is fine, and these changes cannot be done. Within a few hours or sometimes days, she was able to make the change I wanted, and offered no apology for saying it couldn't be done the first time. This went on for almost every stage of the project. Combine that with the fact that communicating in English with them is challenging at the very best!

When it came time to properly adjust the mobile version of my website, Hazel kept yelling at me and saying that this cannot be done, and this is just the way it has to be. I didn't feel that she would want to even take the time to understand my point of view. I felt more that she was rushed. When I asked to speak to a manager, she had a fellow named Curtis (VP), call me back. He, too, was screaming and yelling at me and even tried to extort more money out of me to make changes, even though I had paid to have the site developed properly. I hadn't even signed off on the project yet, and he was trying to extort more money out of me. He is a VP?

I notice that there were links on my header and footer on the web page that were still pointing to web design previews. I asked Hazel to show me how to fix those links, and she simply said "I cannot help you on this, as I nearly lost my job for you.". I tried several more times to ask for her help, and she completely ignored me.

I am completely unimpressed with this company, and the way they manage customer service and development of a project. They promise a 100% satisfaction guarantee; however, this is a company that cannot and will not keep promises!

Honestly, save your time and money - you will thank yourself! I would recommend either going to a local web developer, or at least a referral to a developer who can honestly keep their word and promises.

If only I could give negative stars to State Designers. Whatever u do.... pls do not hire them. They will cheat u and provide extremely bad service. To mention a few examples: They will schedule meetings and not call , keep pushing the meetings without any reasons. Add unnecessary plugins to your website to open spam pages and make money out of it. They will not answer your calls and never deliver on time. And what they provide is extremely poor quality. They will promise you refund and not give it to you. CHEATERS AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Please do not waste your money on them.

I was promised by Ryan a website in four days for five hundred dollars. It was supposed to be a very simple platform for people to leave messages to the father of my child who is dying of a brain tumour. The first mock up five days in was a memorial page, I explained HE WAS NOT DEAD YET. The second mock up, double the time I was promised...was a financial support page, as though he were begging for money. Horrible. This is after four sessions of notes from me carefully explaining exactly what I wanted. Very little effort or attention was put into these mock ups. Two weeks in, another mock up, terrible, not what I asked for. This was from Hazel Wilson whose command of the English language was so poor, half the time I could not understand what they were saying. Not trusting their artistry or their communication skills, I asked for my money back. Denny/Danny got on the phone and harassed me, then Jonathan guaranteed a pleasing product he would personally oversee in 24 hours or my money back. It was then that I realized I was actually charged over six hundred dollars on my MasterCard, not five hundred, as promised. 48 hours later I get another mock up from Hazel Wilson again, that is still not what I asked for, nor what I was promised. Despite this, I gave some notes, however, they were not implemented. The only thing I could approve was the colour blue. Nearly a week later I get another mock up and incomprehensible communication from Hazel Wilson. So utterly done with this (and by the way, a man with a fatal brain tumour doesn’t exactly have a lot of TIME) I set up another platform for his friends to actually REACH HIM and asked for my money back. It is now nearly two months later and despite Jonathan’s repeated promises that I will have my money returned (sometimes he promises within 24 hours) I still haven’t seen a cent returned. I have also received this guarantee from Eric Murphy who actually has tried to coerce me by saying I will only get my money returned if I remove this bad review. I can’t believe they have done this and I most certainly can’t believe they have done this to a family dealing with a fatal brain tumour. This is not only unprofessional it is morally reprehensible. I will likely have to take legal action.

We are a start up company that was looking for a new website design. Frank and Danny were in charge of designing our website and were very patient in assisting us with the many questions that arose. We are very pleased with the work done and would recommend State Designers to anyone needing help with a website.

Great company and team, they did great on my logo. The colors, letters and overall product, very happy with out come. I would definitely recommend this company.

The customer service is great and responds very quickly. My ideas were implemented very well and I am completely satisfied with the logo. The team was very patient and responded to all of my ideas.

Stephan and Johnathon are solid , honest dudes. Everything is done in a timely manner and I’ve never had the level of communication I had with these two guys. My logo looks badass and I can’t wait to work with these guys in the future !

After jumping over some hurdles, State Designers was able to migrate my website from one host to theirs. Communication could have been clearer. But Hazel came in and was clear and quick to help out my small business website needs. If you decide to go with State Designers, ask for Hazel!

I have worked with Stefan this past 2 months to create the perfect website for a starting business and I have to say I’m impressed with the work we finished off with. Always open to ideas and incorporating all the details that were envisioned. Very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Stephen Parker, what can i say, true professional, requested a logo almost a year a go and i was very pleased with his service and his staff at state designers. It led us to working on my website which i am very pleased with. I recommend this company to everyone, my experience has been good on my end.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Don't let the website appearance fool you. Seriously. I requested a logo design for my business and they were very difficult to work with and hardly provided any results. I am more than certain that they are out sourced to another country so the time difference makes it difficult to work with them. Horrible communication and work ethic. Even with providing them with examples and instructions on what I would like my Logo to look like, they were still completely off. Only reason Im giving them 1 stars is because I cant go lower.
