I love how I was able to converse with…

I love how I was able to converse with a live person!!! It was Anne tonight, she answered all of my questions and it was very fast...to me this conversation went better than any of my bank accounts and other accounts that I have conversed with and not gotten any immediate response back from them.

Convienient Food Safety Class.

Not having to take this class in person was the best part of this, for me. I could take it anytime, anywhere. The videos were clear and had common sense, the test was comprehensive and very pass-able, and I like having both a physical copy and digital copy available to use. Thank you for your product and convenience, I'm very satisfied. :-)

Run away from this company as fast as…

Run away from this company as fast as you can. Horrible customer service, very difficult to get the exam launched. I had to pay 3 times for the exam through no fault of my own, the y will not refund any money.

Great Program

The program was easy to understand and I had a good experience. The card did take a while to get to me, but it came within the 30 days.

She was able to help me and calm me…

She was able to help me and calm me down after a horrible experience with a proxy who was very unprofessional and caused me to NOT be able to take my scheduled exam, that I worked so hard to implement into my schedule.
She was beyond helpful and I am so appreciative of her help in resolving my issue by scheduling an in person test in Carbondale IL for me to attend! SO HELPFUL and friedly!

The only reason I didn't give a five…

The only reason I didn't give a five star is because the access to the test wasn't very easy for me to navigate. I had to do a live chat and call customer service to figure out how to get connected. I was super nervous about timing out before I could even figure out how to start the test, but the lady on the phone was very helpful and patient with me. All in all, I didn't time out, the test went well, and all is well that ends well.
