Avoid Stately at all costs.

This company is a complete ripoff. I paid $300 and received a box filled with nothing but cheap, basic t-shirts and one pair of pants—absolutely nowhere near the value they promise. There was nothing curated or premium about it. It felt like they just threw together leftover inventory and called it a day.

What makes it worse is their shady business practices. I tried to cancel my order before it even shipped, and they ignored the request and sent it anyway. Then, of course, they hide behind a “no refund” policy, refusing to make it right. Convenient for them, terrible for customers.

Customer service is useless—no accountability, no solutions, just scripted responses and zero effort to help.

Shipping took forever, which just added to the frustration of an already awful experience.

This company does not care about its customers. They care about taking your money and locking you into a no-refund situation with overpriced, low-quality clothing.

Do yourself a favor: run the other way and spend your money with a company that actually values its customers.

Received my very 1st order within a couple of weeks. With my order came a letter from the stylist explaining the items in the box and how to pair them together. I've used a similar service and never received anything of the like. Clothes are quality and fit well. I highly recommend giving them a go.

I like your clothing, travelers POV

I like your clothing, the sizes are rather inconsistent, however, I get it, not every stylist matches the next. I do think the exchange system is fair, but I also bump the "return" window once in a while.
With that said, I receive things I normally wouldn't buy and they look great!
The return policy is fair enough, send it back without using it; yes, try it on, leave the tags on and it seems to be ok!
I also like the "pause for a few shipments" feature.
Ironically, after a year of this and receiving about half the shipments, I'm at a point where my closest needs a "spring cleaning." Most of the stuff I received is the "new standard," I'll be eliminating old clothing.
For reference, I travel for a living, and do change my shipment based on what I will or won't need when talking to the stylist. Most of the clothing travels well, however, some of the items I like the most, linen, etc. Don't travel so well, but, they look great!
This is high quality stuff at a bargain price!
I mention it to some of my coworkers and there is a price point for just about everyone.

Five stars on overall quality and value

Five stars on overall quality of clothing and value.
They do an amazing job of filling out your wardrobe with premium clothing.
Occasionally an odd pick but they try to send things to people's tastes - which is tricky to do.
Good returns policy. I love all the clothes I've kept.
Great customer service.

The only 2 down-sides I found were:
1) when you have specific gaps/needs in your wardrobe, you're better off going and finding/buying it yourself. I had long lists of specific items I was looking for that I provided in my profile for stylists (which I'm sure are AI-enabled these days), and only got two of those specific items in 3 years being a member.
2) you start to get a lot of similar items after more than ~1 year in a membership. I think that's just the nature of them buying wholesale premium items that will appeal broadly.

Good quality clothes, once sizing was figured out they mostly dent me the correct size, but would intermittently try something different that didn’t fit me the best, but when that was the case they immediately did an exchange for something else. They are legit.. enjoy your order

I’ve wanted to become a member of Stately ever since I first came across it on social media. The style, the presentation, and the quality always stood out and now that I’ve experienced it myself, it absolutely lives up to the hype.

As a veteran, an assistant sous chef at Walt Disney, and a full-time undergraduate student, my schedule is nonstop. I simply don’t have the time to shop, coordinate outfits, or keep up with style trends. Stately has completely changed that for me. Overall this was a disappointing…

Overall this was a disappointing experience. I found the website annoying to navigate and no app was a big letdown. Having to use a different app to track shipping is odd as well.

Price does not match quality, style, or fit. I typically wear a medium size shirt, I received a Duck Head button down shirt and the sleeves were almost 3” short. They seem to prioritize big name brands over style and fit. I honestly get a much better selection, quality and fit from another service. I normally don’t write reviews, good or bad, but I just can’t recommend this service.
