Everything is wrong with this company

Everything is wrong with this lame company. If you think you ever had a bad rental experience, then you have not tried State Van Rental. I booked a rental with them on June 16th from Switzerland, hoping that a 2 months notice would be enough to secure my booking. Renting a van was an essential part of my roadtrip/vacation.
Suddenly, on August 19th, one day before my rental was supposed to take place, they let a message on my voicemail, saying that everything was cancelled...
Just imagine how much trouble they got me into at the last minute. I called them back as they were not able to give me a valid reason for the cancellation.
