This company claims to send birth certificate with the apostle service and charges for it and does not send it.

I ordered a Birth Certificate for my daughter. I paid online, then I was asked to go to a Notarization service online and pay more in order to get my copy! Why didn't they tell us ahead of time?

Their service is awful. Ordered birth certificates for my brother on 2/6/2025. Today is Wednesday, March 19th, I called the Ohio Dept of Health to see if they had received the request. I mistakenly thought I had ordered directly from the state, not a 3rd party service. The representative I spoke with stated State Vital Records takes forever to send the requests for certificates and they don't have an order for the birth certificates in their system yet and that I should call bact next week to see if the order has been received yet. Not only that, they charged $68 for two copies, $25 per copy plus a $4 processing fee and a $14 transaction fee. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from these jokers and order yours directly from the state of birth. Tomorrow it will be 6 WEEKS since these were ordered. Horrible, horrible, horrible service, if you can even call is a service.

Takes 12 weeks for you to get it, but hopefully, you get it.

The website was clear and user-friendly. It didn't take me long to find what I was looking for. Additionally, when I had questions, the customer service team responded promptly and professionally. A+ service all the way!!

The support team responded quickly to my questions about using a receipt for the I-9 Form.

I also liked the fact that I could save my request process for later so I don't have to fill out all the forms again.

The online process was convenient, easy and being directed online to a Notary Public was a big plus. The cost for the license was pricey but I need my marriage license copy to apply for a Real ID License.

I’m in dire need of birth certificate. Paid 120.00 ish.
I checked the box that said my reason for needing it was for id. Then they email me back saying they need more I download a form that I need to sign saying I’m me and it is for me. But it must be notorized. How do you get a notary without a id.?
I finally found some notary who knew me so I got it sent it in. They got it and approved it. On the 28th. But no email stating they sent it. And it’s the 31st.
I’m at a stand still and need it so bad.

I talked to Abby. She was happy to correct my mistake very polite and informative. She is Great. I'm happy she was the first person I talked to today. She gave it a great start.

Everything happened so fast and smooth. No frustration here like with other sites. The links worked first time, the questions were thorough, and the response was amazing!

So far, so good. I will update my experience with this service when the documents arrive. The request experience and dialogue with customer service has been very positive.

Scam! Those reviews saying they received their birth certificate are fake. $43 down the drain. No one to complain to.

Been trying to contact this company for four days. They sent me over to get a notary notified document never gave me my ticket and now I can’t get back to any employees or the company they’ve taken my money out of my account never gave me a tracking number. Never sent me an email with a receipt was given a support number by the notary, which doesn’t work. I think this is a scam site.

Seamless experience. Shoutout to State Vital Records for building an amazing product and service. I originally went to VitalChek but their process was confusing and didn't explain the digital notary process vey well. State Vital Records was simple, quick and have an amazing. Their partnership with NotaryLive (digital notary) was perfect. Thanks again. Will use again.

Other sites have been a pain to order from but I was finally able to get my birth certificate copy from State Vital Records! Compared to my past experiences on those other sites they deserve 10 stars

SCAM!

Tried ordering a birth certificate, they never came.

Customer Service emails never responded found a phone number and it was never answered.

Site is a scam, had the credit card company perform a charge back on their account to get my money back.
