Asking for payments for order cancelled and never paid, Sending dept collection letters.
I have the full copy of the transcript and after 3 months asking to contact a UK number as are unable to give any further details.
The letter is from a company called Klarna, your purchase at Stationery shack.
Avoid, do not use. Scammers

I placed an order with these people 3 months ago and nothing received. The order says to get in touch with them just reply to the email. But it doesnt work and you have to use their online form. Heard nothing despite several tries. Conclusion - a Spam website and a big Con.

This website is a totally spam! I wish I’ve done some research before purchasing! I placed my order on 25/01/2020 and I got nothing till now. Still trying to ask my bank to help and investigate. Just seen a review below from Veritas Xu(thank you). I will provide this extra information to my bank and hopefully I will get my full refund. Will come back for an update!

It seemed too good to be true, finding the hospital grade hand sanitizers I needed. I came here to read their reviews.

If you bought items via this website and got nothing, there is one way that can get refund.

Method: Download Klarna app and login with your email address that used when shopping in this website, then you will find your order. Hence, you can contact with the agent and provide necessary information, finally you will get refund in 1 month.

Why it help? Because when you register in this website, they use you email address to register in Klarna.

What can I Say great service and quick delivery

Fake website, debited my bank account £109 but received nothing. We should all report this Company to the Police.

They got me too! Money taken, no goods delivered, emails ignored

Just like everyone else. But how to get money back?

Same experience as others, luckily I had opted for ‘pay later’ so haven’t actually lost any money.
I checked out the company details at Companies House (via Gov.uk) and found the following info:

10730629 - Dissolved on 25 September 2018

So don’t expect to get anything out of them In future!

a scam website - they don't deliver goods to you at all by charging you money!
Fake address with always-full email. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!

I wish I would come here before involving in the scam. I already spent 2 weeks to chase my money back from Klarna.

Same situation as many other unfortunate victims... Ordered through Klarna 10 days ago, questioned about the order few days ago in the order details page and got no reply, contacted them again just now and received a automatic reply saying their mail storage is full. I wish I looked at this site earlier... fifteen pounds flushed down the toilet.

I am one of the latest victims and unfortunately found from my banker that Stationery Shack had used my debit card to establish a "recurrent payment agreement". It is alarming. I therefore immediately replaced this debit card with a new one. At the same time I have asked my bank to take my money back by CHARGEBACK. Your banker should offer you the same assistance.

Order goods 10 days ago and guess what........absolutely nothing has been sent. This is a scam.....no replies to my emails....you might as well just throw your money down the toilet.

Do not buy anything from them,no customer service number,no reply email,no delivery.
They only want your money!
Contact you bank to get the money back asap if you already purchased.

I wish I could look into this company before purchasing. As I purchased through klarna, I hope money will not be deducted from my account.

Order placed a week ago.

Never given a delivery date only an initial acknowledgement email saying your order has been received and will be processed as soon as possible. No contact since. Tried to email their 'sales' account only to be told by the system their inbox was full and therefore my emails weren't delivered. Tried their contact form on the website. Same thing happened. Tried their 'support' email address on About Us page. No response so far.

If only I had thought to Google their name first.

If you are reading this and looking at this site, AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Unless you enjoy being scammed by scumbags in which case I say donate your money to charities instead for the love of God!

Absolute scam. AVOID. Website should be shut down. Cancelled credit card transactions as the company failed to deliver any products and no replies.

No response from the contact email listed on the website, contacted Klarna and they gave me another email and phone number but no response either and calls were never picked up.

Looked up on Companies House and company is dissolved long ago, probably did not close their shop online and it is now left unmanaged but still taking orders. Or could be done on purpose and is pure scam. Klarna will not charge unless the order is confirmed by the seller so will see.
