Shipping was very good timing from Japan to US. They were polite when communicating, careful with packaging, and very helpful when I needed to combine an order last minute. Love the Kodomo no Kao Pochitto6 One Piece and Neko no Kimochi stamps, because they were so hard to find anywhere else. Shipping to US was cheaper than other sites. So thankful. I'll definitely come back again!

Great products and great communication. When placing my order I thought a product was in my basket when purchasing. I emailed right away and was able to add it to my existing order so I would not have to pay double shipping. The order was shipped out right away, and I received it in a timely manner.

Products that can't find in America were exactly as described. Order preparing and shipping was quick. Staff even sent pictures of the items before shipping them and extra warnings (which were also on the site listings) of the age of the pens and potentially dried ink that comes with age.
