I had an unfortunate experience with this company. I inadvertently purchased a subscription, promptly cancelling upon realising the amount charged without utilising any of their services. I did not access any statistics during this period. Despite this, my request for a refund was declined. Initially, they claimed I had accessed their services, which is untrue. When I contested this, they maintained their refusal without further explanation. This raises concerns about the integrity of their statistics, given the encountered unethical conduct. A company's culture often reflects in its practices. Regrettably, this experience has eroded my trust in their services. Will never engage with them in the future.

cost me USD 468.00 for one report, and the report provided i can got it FOC at others network. i'd complaint to customer services bcz their package highlight monthly price in bigger size and mislead customer to purchase monthly but it was compulsary to pay annually without trail!!!! Beside, after paying USD 468.00 annually i still need to pay if i wanted to download for another report! what a shame?! Thank you for teaching me what is a good marketing to scamm ppl money!!

It seems the extremely greedy animals who run this site have QUADRUPLED their Starter Account price from $468 USD per year just 1 year ago to $1,788 USD per year now. There is no other option for use. Just to "unlock" a chart or two I need, I have to commit to paying $149 USD monthly for 12 months.
That's flabbergasting thievery considering all they do is compile statistics from diverse free sources AND THEN HIDE THE SOURCES FROM YOU.

Worst customer service ever. They force you into renewing when there was clearly no intention to renew (and no usage for months). When I made them aware that we did not want to renew, they were misleading at best and threatening. Awful company, stay away!

Like other recent reviewers, I have had a terrible experience with them. I signed up for a 12-month subscription in May 2022 and used it a little as the data on my plan was average. Come May 2023, they provided no reminder of the auto-renewal and issued me an Invoice. When I stated that I did not want another annual subscription, they hit me with the six weeks cancellation clause. I even offered to be released from the yearly subscription onto a monthly one and pay for three months. Their customer service team in Germany said they could not reduce or cancel the invoice.
I have multiple digital subscriptions, each with a renewal reminder in time to decide if you want to continue or not. They could even have seen that I had not logged in for a long time and chosen to do what I would expect from any business. Auto-renewal clauses are legal in the EU, but there must be some ethical business process that they have to follow. I am now seeking advice on this.

I signed up for a 12 months subscription and really wasn't impressed. The data is fine but then they provide no reminders on annual renewal but require a six week cancellation process in writing and then try to charge you renewal and just send an invoice and charge the card. The email they send is laughable as they clearly expect you to complain as it says "just to let you know you would have been required to provide six months notice in order to cancel"...disagrace

Fraud warning!!!
This company is a scam do not respond or use.
We have made representation to action fraud and the police however they are a trading entity so also via the financial ombudsman and we are now making a small money claim against them to cover any legal costs incurred fighting their aggressive attempt to extract funds from businesses.

The company deceives clients into believing that they are delivering quality reports. In fact, the reports are worthless. We would never buy anything from this company again and if it was worth it, we would sue them. Our company purchased a report for 500.- €. We could not at all use it. Although we confronted the company with our problem, they turned us away. the money is more important than the good reputation and satisfied customers. The below response to this comment is ridiculous, as there was no willingness to address our problem.

This company is an absolute credit card fraud scam. I signed up for a report for $4.95 on their home page. And they charged me $588 instead.
Absolutely unethical. They also do not answer their phone support line.
I've been on hold for an hour waiting for their "support" system to answer. Nothing. Hopefully, American Express will just resolve this. But what an absolute unethical POS this company is.
EDT: Oh you have time to respond in Trustpilot, but zero time to pick up a call to your “support” line. Unequivocally unethical. And no it was not spelled out anywhere that you would charge me $588 for an i to offered at 4.95. Just stop.
