Being a huge Berserk fan I’ve always wanted a statue from the franchise however they’ve always been too expensive. Thanks to Statuesque, I’ve been able to get one at a fair and reasonable price. Was packaged with care and came exactly as I expected. Would absolutely recommend!

You feel like a valued customer
Steve makes you feel like a valued customer, even if ordering for the first time.
Little touches like a thank you card, sweets and quick despatch all create a the feeling of being a valued customer.
Ordering was easy, prices are very competitive and the flexibility of payment is also valued as somebody shopping around.
I struggled to find a 1/6 BTTF Delorean Time Machine, eBay was awful prices and most websites were out of stock or charging a fortune. Then I remembered browsing Statuesque LTD on and off over the years and, there it was in stock and at retail price.
I will most certainly use again purely on the feeling I got when I opened my Delorean Time Machine and inside was a thank you card alongside some sweets. I felt like the only customer….. which I obviously know I’m not but that’s how I felt.

DO NOT CANCEL IF YOU HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM
Ordered a statue in January, estimated delivery was Q1, nothing heard so chased last month, they could not provide a clearer delivery date, cancelled today, they refunded minus a 10% handling charge. Terrible service, terrible policies, terrible company. Do not bother, how long do you have to wait for an item, 1 year ,2 years? you can quite clearly see their business model is designed to make money from the cancellations of orders that people order in good faith. I am sure they will retort to this review - "read the terms and conditions, blah blah blah" "its quite clear" DO NOT FALL FOWL TO THEIR SMALL PRINT

Hi. The store terms that you must read and accept before you can place an order do list the non refundable deposit should you cancel an order. These are not 'Small Print' terms but are listed clearly in the cancellation section. If you did not accept the terms then you would not be able to place an order. Dates can move back and forth and this is also clearly listed on almost every page of the store, we do not have any control over dates. We are sorry to see you feel the service is poor but as you read and accepted the terms, you would understand that if you chose to cancel an order rather than wait for it's arrival, you would lose your deposit.

Arrived well packaged and well within the timeframe given. The models were individually bagged and labelled making sorting them easy.
Beautiful miniatures that look super clean, so no burrs to sort out.
Looking forward to getting them all painted up.

another perfect order with great communication, it took a while for the item to be shipped into the UK from sideshow but I was kept up to date the whole time and informed when it had arrived. I then received it next day, i recommend Statuesque to all my fellow collectors the service is the best you can hope for.
