Service that's above and beyond
A consignment that included a figure I'd ordered was stolen from the shipping company. Instead of just cancelling my order (as many companies would) Steve at Statuesque contacted me and ordered me a replacement at no extra cost to me. Amazing service and Steve comes across as a nice guy.

Ordered item early Friday Monday and it was delivered early the following Monday morning, which I think was excellent.
My item was also very well packaged.
This was my first time ordering from Statuesque and I will definitely be using there services again.

I'd pre-ordered an item before the website change, and paid in installments. The manufacturer had delayed the release date a few times. I was a little concerned that I'd get missed, due to the new website change, but all was great. Received an email when dispatched and it was delivered a few days later. The fact that you can set up partial payments was why I chose this company as I used to order direct from USA. It was Easy to set up and was flawless, no extra hidden charges. Received very quickly and perfect.
