Happy with my order. Items were cheaper than anywhere else online, arrived pretty quickly and happy with the products.
Really terrible customer service
I ordered paint in early Oct 2024.
8 days later, no sign of it and no updates by email.
I emailed asking where it was and was told it was damaged in transit and they were out of stock. I was offered a refund or replacement when new stock came in (no timelines mentioned)
I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. (1st time)
2 days later, when I emailed AGAIN asking about the non-existent refund, I was told, that against my wishes, they sent the paint.
I asked them to cancel the order. (2nd time)
They refused to do so and asked me to refuse delivery. Evri dropped off the parcel without knocking on the door.
Now they give me the option of returning the order AT MY OWN COST despite ignoring what I wanted time and time again.
I will never use this useless services again.
Edit: I opened the package the paint was delivered in this afternoon and the pot was clearly re-packed after it was originally damaged in transport. Paint split everywhere.
I've opened a claim to get my money back.

Very poor customer service.. Ordered an item that showed 2 in stock & paid, receiving an order acknowledgment. Heard nothing at all for 2 weeks. Chased up & supplier has let them down, but will be back in stock in 2 weeks. I wait another 4 weeks hearing nothing. Chased again and no sign of the stock. Request a refund, supplier agreed & said it’ll be 5-7 days. 11 days later, still no refund. Contacted again and there’s been a technical issue!!
Refund final received another week later.

Sending hazardous products not following rules
I ordered by mistake the wrong spray paint ,i contacted company and was told i could return it at my expense for postage , i tried to return it but none of the couriers will accept spray paint as its classed as hazardous ,yet it was delivered by Evri after contacting Evri ,the policy is no spray paint ,yet this company are flaunting safety rules and still sending out hazardous products as my replacent order was sent again 8 tins spray paint by Evri ! . My mistake but will never order again
Pleasantly surprised
After the reading the reviews, I was really nervous and wished I'd read them before placing my order. Even tried to cancel my order, but had a reply shortly after with full tracking info. Parcels arrived just 4 days after ordering. All items, in perfect condition for a fraction of the price elsewhere. Really happy. Thankyou
Very efficient, best price, fast delivery
After reading the reviews I was very sceptical but have been pleasantly impressed. I placed the order, received confirmation and within a few days the items were delivered as described. Definitely will be using them again...thank you :-)

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I ordered x6 80L plastic storage tubs, I only received 5. Only 2 tubs and 3 lids were not broken, and none of the lids fit. I complained and was promised replacement items. These didn't arrive for at least 2 weeks and when I chased they advised there was a 'technical issue' and these were supposedly lost in transit. I instead opted for a refund rather than a 3rd attempt at delivery.
I waited the advised 5-7 working days, the refund didn't arrive. I chased this via email today to which I've just had a reply that they have experienced another 'technical error' and this has only just been procesed now. I imagine I'll be chasing this refund again in another 5-7 working days. Luckily I paid on a credit card!!

Absolutely incompetent service!
I ordered two extending wooden clothes props, and two sets of plastic pegs.
I received three props, and 1 pack of pegs.
The props are supposed to extend by aligning pre-drilled holes in the two sections - but the holes don't align unless one part of the prob is pushed (hard) sideways, and then the metal post you're supposed to push through the 'aligned' holes has to be exactly (and I mean exactly) aligned.
The only way I could get the retaining pin through both pieces was to use a countersink device to make a guide in each interior hole in order to 'guide' the pin.
So, apart from receiving the wrong largely sub-standard goods there's not much else to say, except for the fact that I can's end anything back for a refund for two reasons - 1) I don't trust the company, and 2) ever tried to wrap three extending clothes poles and get them to a post office? (and of course, there was no returns label!)
Waiting to see what happens
I ordered and paid for 11 storage boxes.
They sent 4, though 2 of these were damaged.
I contacted them to find out where the remainder of my order was, and was assured that I had only ordered 4.
After sending them copies of my original order and pointing out that I had paid using PayPal, they emailed me to say they were following up on this.
However the rwmainder of the order did not arrive.
Partial refund obtained through paypal.
This is a very odd company
This is a very odd company. I have ordered from them four or five times now and eventually get what I ordered but they have never despatched my whole order in one go - it arrives in dribs and drabs over a few days - and often they say they have included items which they haven't and I have had to send photos of the packaging to prove that the quantity they SAY they sent me could not possibly have fitted in the box I received. I can understand the negative reviews but also the positive ones and I've always received my goods (with the exception on my most recent order as I am still waiting for a dozen 1l kilner jars they thought they sent but didn't!) and to be fair they have always answered the phone when I've called them to find out where my goods are. How they ever know their stock levels is beyond me, as they think they've sent things which they haven't so their inventory will be completely wrong. All in all, I've always eventually got what I paid for and their prices are very good. However, their despatch and inventory systems appear to be chaotic at best.
Excellent Sevice
I was a little hesitant after reading the 1-star reviews, but I took the gamble as they had exactly what I needed and it was cheaper than B&Q. Status Home Care estimated delivery of 7-10 days when the order was placed. Unexpectedly it arrived about 09:30 am the very next day. Excellent Service.
Perfect shopping experience
I was aware of the negative reviews, but the company had the product I wanted at a good price so decided to take a chance.
My experience was perfect. My order was delivered within a reasonable time. I already knew the product was good so I ordered 5 and received 5.
Avoid!
Ordered an item on 4th May. Incorrect item was dispatched. Thereafter, a catalogue of poor customer care, errors and delayed responses ,necessitating myself, having to do majority of the leg work to try and resolve an issue that was not of my making. I am still awaiting my refund. One of the worst retailers I have encountered.
Dodgy firm
Dodgy firm, should have took notice of the reviews. Ordered 48 units of a product, only sent me 6. Had to chase them up to find out what was happening with the order for them to tell me they were out of stock. Requested a refund, which was given but not until after 10 working days. And then when I finally bothered to open the packaging up properly, it turns out they’ve sent me the completely different product than what I ordered. Oh, and they also didn’t refund the £4 delivery charge for the 48 units I ordered. Dodgy outfit, I think positive reviews are more than likely fake. Don’t bother, not worth the hassle.

I would give - stars if I could. I paid for my product via bank transfer in April and it's June and I have no product! I've called them several times, and they are very lazy to check the bank account and arrange the pick up. I will have to open a dispute with my bank now. Avoid at all costs! Cheap is not always good idea.
Strange experience!
Strange experience!! Ordered 2 tins of wood stain. No dispatch email received but after about 10 days, 1 of the tins arrived in a box that was the size of 2 tins. I messaged and emailed to query where the other one was. No response initially. Called them to be told one of the tins leaked in transit so was returned to them. I asked why they dispatched them separately as the 1 that did arrive was in a box big enough for both and no sign of leakage there??? Got some story about them being dispatched separately as they came into stock. None of this was ever forthcoming info though, had I not contacted them I’d have been in the dark! They assured me a second one would be dispatched. It never arrived so I requested a refund which I did receive after a couple of days. Just a really frustrating and unreliable experience overall. Would not recommend and would not use again. There are plenty of reliable retailers out there.

A couple of issues - sorted very quickly
My items were not possible to deliver however I discovered I had given them an incorrect post code - I emailed them with a very prompt response, second time of delivering I only had 3 out of the 4 items, I emailed them immediately and received the outstanding item within a day.
They were great - 2 issues one down to me one them Both rectified very quickly. Of course it would be better not to have any issues but it happens.
Scammers!!
Avoid this company at all costs. Website and emails very professional! HOWEVER, no response to any emails, phone lines cut you off after a minute holding. All I wanted was an eta for delivery but nothing forthcoming. Thankfully PayPal were great and I received an
instant a full refund.
