Great company
Great company, well packed, fast delivery and reasonable priced. Will definitely order again.
Sounds to good to be true right?
Unfortunately like most here I didn't read the reviews first.
If I had I definitely wouldn't have ordered from this company.
Everything negative written here is true.
When the prices seem to good to be true then that's because its too good to be true.
You don't get the items and you don't get any correspondence from the company.
If you do purchase from them then always pay via PayPal as you stand more chance of your money back.
I have to wait 2 weeks which is a pain but in general save ur money and the hassle
Utterly useless
Utterly useless. Orderd pots for the garden over a month and a half ago, received 3 of the 9 pots after about 3 weeks, one broken, and today have received the remaining again with a broken one in. Extremely slow cowboy company, avoid.
Rogues & fraudsters.
Rogues & fraudsters.
These shysters failed to deliver goods on no less than 8 times, EIGHT occasions they failed to meet their promised delivery date.
It was only after I invoked a card chargeback and demonstrated, to the card issuer, that StatusHomeCare had ignored my consumer rights that my money was returned in full.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, or risk hassle, inconvenience and their attempts at stealing your money without delivering goods.
Deplorables who deserve to go out of business - no doubt to start up again with a new name.
I can’t recommend this company
I can’t recommend this company, my order has not arrived. I have sent numerous emails and not one has been answered, and according to BT the telephone number they are listing is under another business name.
Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company! Unfortunately I didnt read the reviews until after id placed the order that I still havent received after 3 weeks and 4 emails later.
I haven't even had a reply, terrible Company, order from them as your peril.
Terrible. Do not order.
Ordered a large Christmas light up village for £118. They sent a totally different one that they had bought and sent directly from Amazon. It far smaller, a completely different design and made of plastic and only £34 to buy on Amazon. No response and it’s been 2 weeks and 2 emails sent

I called them and the person I talked to was very helpful, also fast delivery and I received the products I expected :)
Absolutely disgusted, no stock, no refund yet and incredibly rude.
Absolutely disgusted with this company, will never be buying from them again. Placed an order at the beginning of November for a Christmas product. Delivery said 0-7 days waited until 15 days after to send an email. No response. So I phoned up the number on the website, was told they don't have the product in stock and had no idea when it was coming back in stock. I asked for a refund to which the lady on the phone said fine rudely and then hung up on me, no goodbye or is there anything else I can help you with. It's been hours and I've not received and email or refund yet.
Received washing basket which was…
Received washing basket which was poorly packaged and broken in two places. It is unusable and I’ve been asked to package it and take it to a shop to return it before a refund can be issued. Seems pretty pointless given it’s broken and can’t be resold. Pretty shoddy customer service and a lot of hassle to go to for a washing basket. I wish I hadn’t bought anything from them.
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service, ordered johnstones vine Green paint, apparently sent me 1 tin, did not arrive, I contacted them apparently sent me another replacement, still didn't arrive, asked for a refund, never got that, I think this company needs looking into, don't not order anything never arrives.
Great prices very helpful and most of…
Great prices very helpful and most of all you can call them rather than having to do everything online! Will use again!
Absolutely appalling company
Back in the end of June I ordered 6 tins of Ronseal paint and after 2 weeks I still had not received the delivery and chased up the company to where my order was, to be told it was delivered by Hermes.
No parcel was delivered or received and no proof of delivery could be provided apart from Hermes claiming it was delivered. At the time claimed the delivery was made nobody was at home to receive the delivery so clearly if there was a delivery, the courier did not ensure someone physically received the delivery and therefore, someone must have stolen it from my doorstep which is in clear view of the street.
Despite numerous requests to resend the delivery and finally after purchasing the paint elsewhere, I asked for a refund. Neither was offered !!
Status Home Care repeatedly hid behind Hermes and showed ZERO customer care - a shambolic company - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM as they use an equally shambolic courier
I have now taken legal action to recover the money paid for paint I never received.
Pretty poor from start to finish...
Ordered a carbon filter for cooker hood. Was warned of added delays due to Covid of 7-10 days. After 3 weeks emailed them, they acknowledged and said they would send it asap. After another week, the wrong item arrived. It didn’t even look like the picture on their own website, totally the wrong shape. Sent it back, was told they would send the correct item asap. Alas, another month has passed, I gave in and requested a refund, I got a very insincere email apology, no offer to rectify the problem, money refunded, no follow up, no explanation, no customer service, no cooker hood filter, lesson learnt. I wonder if they will read this review and maybe try to rectify the problem, restore faith, or just ignore it. We shall see....
Excellent service
Excellent service. Super fast delivery which considering everywhere else I had tried was out of stock and during a lockdown was very impressive.
Very competitively priced as well.
Highly recommend Status Home Care
Status Home Care came to the rescue!
Had been searching high and low for a tin of Cuprinol Garden Shades (Barleywood colour) outdoor paint to touch-up the gaps that appeared in our Summer House due to wood shrinkage caused by the recent warm weather.
Because of COVID19, all the Garden Centres were closed so that meant checking for stock online. Well let me tell you: some of the (for want of a better word) ‘rogues’ on Flea Bay were charging up to £56 for a 2.5 litre tin of Cuprinol Garden Shades, so l was more than happy to pay Status Home Care the price of £23 per 2.5 litre plus £6 delivery.
OK, l know the average price for a 2.5 litre tin Is around £20, but l still feel l got a reasonably good deal. Moreover, Status Home Care were upfront saying that there would be a 7-10 day delay on my order, but l said l would rather wait than pay the extortionate prices of unscrupulous seller’s. Anyway, the 2.5l tin arrived about 8 days after l placed my order, so l was well chuffed.
Incomplete order, no reply from customer service
I ordered a total of five candles, but received only four. Sent a polite email, still no reply a week later.
