I came to find out about Status through a family friend. I was having issues with a lender once an offer had been accepted. After an initial phone call, I sent the required documents and within a matter of hours David had an agreement in Principle for me. Less that 2 weeks later, the lender had valued the property and issued the offer.

Graham Sharkey was very competent in dealing with my Buy to let mortgage. This was refreshing, as I had a really bad experience with another broker whom I ended getting worse mortgage rates because of there delays. Graham was honest and reliant. He replies on time too. Overall I do recommend it.
