Apps of bugs and not my problem support
This company produces a number of smart home devices that on paper look excellent
However immediately hit on issues in the app and having raised - have had no response (for over 2 years)
For example schedule you can set on the app randomly turns off and doesn’t work
Making schedules useless
I got really frustrated and reached out on their website contact form
And was told
- it works for me
- that is app developer issue
I explained I got not response from app support and they said, and I quote ‘not my problem’
Guess I will go somewhere else for my smart devices
Hope this will prevent others wasting their time and energy
