Kleiderschrank in der > 1000€ Preisklasse über Otto.de gekauft.

Hatte im Vorfeld eine Frage an den Hersteller weil etwas unklar ist und das Kontaktformular auf dessen Website benutzt. Antwort: keine nach Wochen, man kommuniziert wohl nicht mit Interessenten.

Trotzdem mal gekauft und wie gesagt das Produkt selbst ist super, kann man nicht anders sagen aber ...

Nach dem Kauf haben sich weitere Fragen ergeben also erneut das Kontaktformular benutzt. Wieder nichts, man kommuniziert also auch nicht mit Kunden.

Kann man machen, aber das gibt ne 1 Sterne Bewertung, denn der auf der Website hochgepriesene Ansatz wofür mal bezüglich "Endkundenservice" steht ist schlichtweg fernab der Realität oder das Management ist nicht im Bilde wie einzelne Sparten des Unternehmens arbeiten. Was noch bedenklicher wäre.
