I love the look, but i've already lost a button after wearing it twice.

Worst product value i've ever seen in a company! previous generation scooters are worth less than 25% of their original price just a couple of years later.

These cheap products are clones of xiaomi & other mainbrand chinese electric scooters. the price you pay is mostly used to strap branding onto their products, stay aware.

EDIT: I actually opened up the battery pack, and it lacks common protections such as overcharge and discharge protections. It only has one thermally sensitive fuse that blows when it's too late (actives at 75 degress Celsius to shut off power) cell balancing is poor, and one bank takes most of the stress while the last is given an easy time. A lot of money was put into giving people fire hazards for an insane price. Good that they closed down! (Beware of ewheels and other potential dropshippers)2

I placed an order more than a month ago. It said 1-3 days delivery time. I send an email 2 weeks later, they tell me its gonna take until march for my scooter to get delivered. I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund 4 times and they avoid the topic and tell me that because they have a lot of orders delivery time takes longer than expected and i can choose a different scooter. In my final email i strongly suggested that they refund my money and i got a reply saying that they cant give me a refund because "all their money is placed in inventory and productions" and i should contact my bank. Absolute scam. Dont shop from this company

Low quality product, battery defect on arrival. Sent it to their service half a year ago to get it fixed. They wont answer..... Basicly sold me a crappy product and then stole the product.

My wife ordered an electric scooter from them costing about 4000kr and called to cancel after 15 minutes and got a verbal confirmation that the order was cancelled. The following day, they sent the order anyway. When this was returned, its been almost 7 weeks and these swindlers haven't returned her money. I regret that I wasn't there to tell her to check the ratings on these people before she ordered anything from them. They should be put out of business to save people from falling into their scams. To you, potential customers I say stay as far away from this "company" Their low ratings should tell you all you need to know about them. Again.. stay away from these people.

Got a defective product and they refuse to accept it for service work. Couldn't imagine worse service if I tried.

I was scrolling on their page, was interested in buying one of their products, went to check their TrustPilot reviews. It appears that there is a massive warning about this site. Personally I wouldn't trust someone with this kind of warning and there are a lot of people complaining, so I encourage you to please stay away. Can't believe Thomas Holstad is doing stuff like this without being held accountable for it! They resell China crap for profit in pocket!. Also they try to delete negative real reviews!!!

Very dishonest people own this company and those that work here are under the influence of the owner, it would appear. The product we bought (N2) is a joke, supposed to be IP54 (not a chance) failed as soon as it got wet. Been in stupid email ping pong since December 2021. Mean while we are out of pocket for 7000+nok
Do not buy from this company. I have written on here before but had limited proof of our issues, the post was removed.
This time I have 4 months of email history to prove why they are a bunch of charlatans.
Please think very carefully before you give this bunch of crooks your money.

I bought an n8 performance modell with in the shop in frogner oslo it was in the box , I've been told it is brand new , unwrapping at home shows up maks of usage and scratches under side stickers after i took them off day after while test driving front motor failure , misinformation about device lack of hydraulic brakes ,after i delivered back by my self i wait over 8 weeks to contact them by my self service worker confirmed factory failure as a form of recompensation I've been offered n9 model to pick up 15 of March 22 but it was already 5 months of waiting and now they want mee to wait until may ill take that case to court i want my money back if there is anyone who want to join the case please contact me to group case maybe it will be easier to get money back my nummer er 45096119

It is now 6 WEEKS since I sent back a 'straight out of the box' faulty S200N - the company will not offer a refund, a new product (as they have to look at the faulty product first) - BUT will not give any indication of when this may happen.

I would strongly recommend NOT using this company - they have had my money for over 2 months, and I have nothing but a history of terrible customer service. I'm starting to think I have been hoodwinked & SCAMMED, do not leave yourself open to falling into the same trap!
