Poor experience

I’m based in America, they’re based in Germany. Ordered 3 sweatshirts. ~$150 each, 3rd free. Unknowingly had to pay $90 in customs fees. One came with a hole in the armpit. Contacted support. No response yet, it’s been a month. No response on social media. Sweatshirts claim oversized. They are not. If anything, the torso is shorter than American standard.
For paying a premium price, I expected better quality control, and, better customer service AT LEAST. Not worth.

Good Experience and Quality

There are a bunch of bad comments in here so I felt I should add mine, and I had a good experience with Stay Cold. The dispatch was quick and the shirt was well packaged. I'm happy with the shirt TBH (Daggerwave t-shirt). It's good quality cotton so hangs well and I'm very glad I ordered before checking the reviews here as they might have put me off. I'm definitely going to order again from them.

Stay away if you believe in Jesus and God

I brought a sweater not knowing this was evil. I know how I might sound but it’s true. I started to see shadow figures , tall , regular and small shadows running by me through walls even outside my home, and started to hear voices. I even caught an evil creature thing on my Xfinity home camera. Once night I had the sweater on and something told me to take it off. I got up scared and notice a passage on the sleeve. It was a passage to summon an evil being that I don’t want to repeat. I took off that sweater off so fast and threw it away. Then I started to look for prayers of repentance once I started to pray I started to cry and then the feeling of being scared went away. If you believe in God and Jesus stay away. I learned this the hard way.

Bad reviews probably just USA customers

It's obvious that most of the bad reviews here are from USA located customers while this company works out of Berlin. As a European customer the experience has been perfect, good customer service and return policy is a lot easier when you're living somewhat close to Germany. So if you're outside of EU then maybe this isn't the company for you, especially in these times.

As for the quality it's insane how good their clothes are. Any item that is 200gsm or higher is of high quality, I just found the regular T-shirts to be a bit lacking. The acid washed and tie-die clothes however have blown me away. I've spent nearly €1300 on their clothing since I found this brand about one and a half years ago. If they had a physical store in Berlin I'd visit the city just for that tbh.

False advertising + awful return support.

Delivery time was fine, although the hoodie I received was advertised as 100% cotton but contained polyester, furthermore when I attempted to return it, I had to pay 40$ of shipping, and even then they managed to fail the return meaning it was sent back to me.

They give you an incorrect address to ship it to, then they make you pay for the entire thing along with barely offering any support. I would not recommend buying from this store as they’re a dropshipping brand who uses false advertising.

been a loyal customer since thier start up. I love thier apparel but however my last purchase was utter bullshit and just shady af.i purchased a sweater on black Friday, shipping was $30 ONLY on thier black Friday discounted items which is weird cuz regular priced items shipping was $6-8. After my item was shipped I was notified by ups not by stay cold, I had to pay another 20 in order to receive it thus making shipping $50 . That's insane .and just shady af. POOR customer service and the black Friday hoodie was honestly cheap and shien like vibes. Sorry but won't being coming back . Also just gave me huge scam vibes it screams they pocket the shipping cost for the shipping on "discounted" items and do COD witch is customer pays upon delivery.

It's all smoke and mirrors—a total marketing lie. Save your money; this brand's just another exploiter pretending to be something diffrent.

Ordered 2x hoodies which arrived within 2 - 3 weeks. Very nice quality, definitely live up to the prices in my opinion. The sizes were perfect.

Very good experience

I ordered something in December 2025 as part of a Christmas present. I have to say I was very apprehensive because of the negative reviews on here. I ordered on December 8th, the order was shipped on December 11th and I received it on December 18th. Which isn't terrible at all considering it was a week before Christmas. The quality of the hoodie was also great! 10/10 would order again.

Surprise 40% Tariffs after ordering. Not the best quality.

I ordered $200 worth of clothing for Black Friday and got hit with a 40% tariff that UPS emailed me I had to pay before it was able to get delivered. This came completely by surprise as I didn't see anywhere in the checkout process that there would be additional tariffs after placing an order.

I understand that tariffs might not be their fault however their shipping provider UPS charges more for their brokerage fee than the actual tariffs itself. In my case the broker fee came out to $33 while the tariffs came out to $30 making a total of $63 in tariffs that I had to pay in order to receive my package of which was discounted if I paid in advanced and would have been more if I waited until I got delivered.

The hoodies I received has pilled more than any other hoodie I have ever purchased leaving little fluff balls on everything I wear underneath it and in my dryer.

Sadly I will probably never order again from this website even though they're clothing looks cool because it's way overpriced with hefty surprise shipping fees you get after placing the order for the quality of clothing you get. Hoping this review among others will help them change shipping providers.

They don't care about their customers

I placed an order for three hoodies during Black Friday. After two weeks, the order still hadn’t been shipped, so I contacted customer support to ask for updates. I was told that Black Friday had caused delays and that I would receive a 10% discount coupon for my next order. This didn’t make much sense to me, since I hadn’t even received my first order yet.

After more than a month, I was contacted again and informed that the items I ordered could not be shipped because they were out of stock. I was asked to switch to equivalent items instead. Since I had purchased the hoodies with a Black Friday discount, the proposed exchange would have been clearly disadvantageous, as I paid for three hoodies what now would barely cover one at full price.

I explained this, and the only response I received was a full refund of my order. I waited over a month for products that were never shipped, with no real attempt to offer a fair solution.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. They only care about money and not about customers.

Black Friday deals were not true

Hi peeps,

Just wanted to post a little experience with this brand.
I bought from them on BF (Black Friday) and stayed up, so I can get the best deals immediately here in Germany.
I ordered around 1am in the morning (4x Shirt that was reduced to 10€ + 1 Shirt for 15€).
These were mostly supposed to be gifts for some of my friends, and since BF is in the end of November I thought it should be a piece of cake to get the items in time.

But sadly I didn't know how bad the customer service of Stay Cold is.
After 2 weeks went by, I didn't even receive any communication from them apart from the order confirmation mail. (they advertise 3-5 days global shipping, and I am in Germany, so it's a national order)
So I wrote to their customer service and only after some days I got a reply that they have a delay because of BF.
Okay fine I thought, even If I had to run after them to get this information.
Then I waited longer and since almost 3 weeks passed now and Christmas is already around the corner, I wrote to the customer service again.
The rep told me that she will check with the warehouse and get back to me.
Which after almost 3 days still didn't happen.
So now today I finally got the reply and they offered a completely different looking shirt as replacement for the 4 shirts I ordered. The 5th isn't even mentioned. Or I can cancel and get a 20% coupon. Lol.
In my book this is just super bad customer service.
The replacement item looks COMPLETELY different and a 20% coupon is a joke compared to the good deal of a 10€ shirt.
So for me this reeks of alleged scammy practices or just very very bad order management.
I ordered very early and they didn't even take my order into account it seems, and the answers I received after ME HAVING TO REACH OUT to them were super generic.

I guess I will not order here again, deals were no deals it seems...

​Horrible customer service

​I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company's customer service.

​I legitimately won a €50 voucher, which I was looking forward to using.
However, without any warning or explanation, the voucher was removed from my account.

​I have tried repeatedly to contact customer service to get this €50 voucher reinstated, but it has been impossible to recover it. They have been unhelpful and unresponsive regarding this issue.

​This is completely unacceptable behavior. I feel cheated and poorly treated. I absolutely do not recommend this company and urge others to look elsewhere.

​Overall Rating: 1/5 Stars (If I could give 0, I would.)

Expensive but worth it

Good high quality gear and nice oversized fit for cosy and warmth. If you're ordering from the UK though be warned, import charges are rough. Guessing it's over a certain weight because my first purchase was 1 item and got charged nothing, next purchase was 3 items and got charged an additional £93 from UPS. So yeah hopefully that helps you with decision making. Other than that though the clothes Spot on and lush 👌

I asked the courier to return it as it was too late.
I had to email them to chase up my refund and then they didn't refund the £12 postage cost.

Great Customer Service

I've ordered from these guys a few times, and unfortunately the last time incurred a hefty import charge of £123 that I didn't want to pay for, I refused delivery and had this sent back, and not only was Lara very helpful, but refunded me before it even got back to them.

Thankfully I managed to find a stockist for their products in the UK, and the quality is just as good as always.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!

I am absolutely disgusted with StayCold attitude to customers. I have bought many t shirts hoodies socks etc from here for presents. The last one on 22/10/25 Church Burner Crew hoody. Now I'm a pensioner & the price was £89! This is a lot of money I ordered on my sons phone as a guest but because I have an account it automatically ordered it on there unknown to me!! It took the payment TWICE! So I noticed this 2 hours later same day emailed SC 3 times! Straight away!! To cancel the one. However I couldn't stop the payment as it was a purchase I authorised. And they had my card info! It took Lara & Keith 4 days to reply telling me to return the one & theyd refund me. However still to this day they keep fobbing me off saying it's not received at their end yet it was their account with UPS I returned it. They're saying until they have notifications from the warehouse?? That they can't refund. I've explained 6times !! That I'm a pensioner & this is my grocery money & they still will NOT chase up their delivery office to see what's happened to it. I've checked with ups here it's left the uk on 24/10/25 & I sent the UPS notice to say I'd refused delivery & it's been returned, yet still no refund. Plus the quality of the hoody is crap it's like some cheap nylon polyester shit not cotton except for the fleece lining it's shit!! They always say at the end of emails we appreciate your custom! I bet they friggin do with the prices they charge! I've told my grandsons & my son not to bother looking at their sight for presents in future as I'm not buying ANYTHING from them again!! And I'm not letting up on chasing my money they owe me! Be warned. They are ok at first but once they've got your bank info they'll use it! They don't Even contact you if like mine 2 orders go through to check it's right.

Was very skeptical at first as they are on the expensive side, but once I received the first hoodie I liked it. Its good quality, feels also comfortable to wear. The shirts are maybe over priced but hoodies I say Im very happy with
