Dubbed!!!…WaterProofing

Just had basement waterproofing done 10/13/2025, was assured by Mr.Greg that work would be done professionally & efficiently. that did not happen. basement has water seeping up through cracks in it, water standing in sump pump almost full, sump pimp not working. have put in service request 3 time, sent photos of problem because that is what they say you have to do, well I did all that, little response. I want my basement fixed or they can refund the money that was paid from my late husbands hard earned money. I am on a fixed income & I do not have that kind of money to throw away. Wished I had read the reviews from other people before getting involved with this company. Will not recommend to anyone. Very
dissatisfied.
