Staylio operates 40+ fully equipped serviced apartments across seven Central London neighbourhoods — Regent's Park & Marylebone, Old Street & Shoreditch, Kensington & Hammersmith, Fitzrovia & Mayfair, Barbican & Farringdon, Borough & Pimlico, and Little Venice & Maida Vale. Every nightly rate includes electricity, water, heating, fast Wi-Fi, council tax, fortnightly housekeeping, fresh linens and towels, a fitted kitchen, smart TV with streaming, and smart-lock keyless entry. No surprise charges on departure. We host stays from three nights to multi-month relocations. Long-stay pricing kicks in automatically once a stay crosses one week. Guests reach a real person on WhatsApp throughout the stay — never a platform support queue. Our direct rate is always meaningfully lower than the same apartment on Booking.com or Airbnb, because we don't pay platform commission and pass the saving back to you. Run by an in-house London team. Registered office at 85 Frampton Street, London NW8 8NQ. Companies House 17012831.

I had a really lovely stay with Elite…

I had a really lovely stay with Elite Property London. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. He made the whole booking process very easy.

I booked directly and found the process to be professional, straightforward, and great value for money compared to platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.

Everything was handled smoothly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.
