I have send my iphone 15 pro max from 3 mobile twice a times but they are unable to find the issue and could not solution . So i am feeling annoying with the service of stay online

Thank you for your feedback.

Your iphone have been thoroughly tested with apple diagnostics, and there has also been made manual test performed in accordance to your request, but the issue you have described was not pressent on the phone at any time during any of the two inspections.

The first time it was in for service, the reseller stated that you told them that the phone was getting hot when charging.

The secon time the reseller stated that you told them that the phone had problems with the WiFi connection / Network issues.

The new case that you have created at the reseller, states that the issue is related to network connection when the Hotspot functionality on the phone is enabled (Cellular data).

We'll have a look at it and conact you again in case the issue does not present it self during the new inspection.

If you have any additional information for us, please feel free to contact us through the mail you received when creating the last repair.

Unjustified Diagnostic Fee at StayOnline

I approached StayOnline via Humac for a diagnostic of my malfunctioning AirPods Max. To my surprise, I was informed they couldn’t run any diagnostics, yet they still charged a fee for it. Accepting products for a service they can't provide and then charging for it feels misleading. I expected clear communication and transparent charges, but was left disappointed. Think twice before seeking services from StayOnline.

Simply the best!

Quite probably the best customer service experience I have ever received since living in Denmark, and I could not recommend Jonas and his team more highly.

After having experienced some of the WORST customer service experience at Humac, where I had just recently been sold a brand new iPhone with a faulty battery but was told they "couldn't do anything about it", I went to Stay Online (ironically on Humac's recommendation) and Jonas, who served me, was attentive, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely patient with the whole situation.

By figuring out some workarounds (which, might I add, should have been the responsibility of Humac, not Stay Online) he replaced the battery in my phone and, to no one's surprise, it now works!

Comparing this to the experience at Humac isn't even possible as they are world's apart from one another. Whereas Humac's response was "we can't do anything", Stay Online/Jonas were instead of the opinion that "we will find a solution." And when you've just spent nearly DKK 10,000 on a brand new faulty phone, that's exactly the kind of attitude I needed.

I cannot recommend Jonas and his team enough to anyone with Apple-related issues.

I handed my computer over to Jonas. This was an SOS case and I needed assistance as quick as possible and he and his co-worker Mikkel made sure my computer would be ready and good to go before my deadline. Very much appreciated. I give them my highest recommendation.

Stay away from StayOnline. Try other Apple’s authorized service centers instead

On 30.11.2020 I took my phone to StayOnline service center “humac Lyngby” with the problem on my iPhone XS which would shutdown when the battery reached at around 15-20%, and according to their diagnostics battery had to be changed, and therefore was changed.

Less than 6 moths later I started to get the same problem with the same iPhone, meaning when the battery reached at around 15 to 20% it would just shutdown. The battery health indicator in iOS settings was showing it is at 100% health. After speaking to Apple’s customer support, I tried resetting the phone to factory settings and also tried even putting the phone into DFU mode and downloaded and installed iOS and set up my phone as a new device without restoring from back up. But the problem still remained even without installing any other apps. After talking to Apple customer support and going through remote diagnostics they have identified that the problem is not from battery and is related to hardware. Therefore, I had to take the phone to the same humac store at Lyngby for repair under warranty of battery change on 30.06.2021.
I have explained all the steps I took in order to ensure the problem is not a software problem when I delivered the phone to humac Lyngby. With all that, the service technician apparently did not identify the hardware issue. On 02.07.2021 when I went to collect the phone, the phone was fully charged and I could not verify if the problem remained, therefore after speaking to service manager!, he stated I must pay the 399 but if the problem reoccured within 2 weeks, I need to take videos as evidence of the problem and he agreed that they would refund the paid amount and they would look into the reason why the problem is not yet resolved.

5 days later the same problem happened again and the phone shut down when the phone reached around 5 to 10% battery. I took videos of the problem on 11.07.2021 and tried to reset the phone multiple times which again did not help resolving the issue. Finally I took some more videos while the problem occurred before and after reseting the phone, even with I set up the phone as a new device and without restoring from the backup.
I finally took the phone today 15.07.2021 to humac in Lyngby. But surprisingly the staff informed me that the service manager does not accept to meet and does not accept the refund he himself agreed to and instead suggested that I would have to give the phone another time for diagnostics and accept the same terms, and if the problem could not be reproduced I would have to pay yet another 399 DKK!

I would like to express my disappointment with StayOnline humac Lyngby’s service personnel.

Stay away from their service centers.

UPDATE: After contacting humac customer support and sending them the video's taken as evidence that the problem still persisted on my device, they have offered to refund the diagnostics fee of 399 DKK

Excellent communication and quick turnaround 👍🏾

We use StayOnline in our company to repair all our customers' apple products. I did not have a personal/private experience with StayOnline until I had one of my AirPods Pro not working, (static noise and all that jazz). I walked in on a Wednesday, 4 minutes before closing time, handed in the AirPods and I got a text from Jonas on Friday that the case had been resolved. I got new AirPods when I walked in that Friday. Thank you for the good service folks 😊.

Excellent Service

Excellent Service! I bought AirPods Pro around a year ago during a business trip in the US. I've been using them a lot and recently experienced static noise issues in the left Pod. I sent them to Stayonline for repair by mail. One day after I sent them in I got a message that the issue was identified and exchange parts were ordered. Five days after I sent them (there was a weekend in between) I got them back by mail with not only one but both Pods replaced for free. I had expected to pay at least 1000 kr to get the one replaced. However, Apples Quality Program took care of it. The service was very professional and fast.

What an awful experience

What an awful experience! Totally unprofessional manager! I took my iMac in for a diagnosis. Although my machine is STILL under warranty, I was told I would have to pay for the diagnosis. I returned to the store to retrieve my machine and was assured there would be no charge. I was told I would be contacted on Monday or Tuesday. Nothing. I called on Wednesday afternoon close to closing time and was told my iMac was ready. I picked it up, and when I got home I read the repair ticket. They replaced the hard drive. No one called me to let me know what repair was taking place. No one asked me what I wanted to do about the data that was on my machine. So when I turned it on, there was nothing. I had to do the complete set up. The bad part was when I called the store to complain I was met with a person who could not answer my questions, yet wanted me to be happy with their half done job. She put a manager on the phone who could not explain why they did not call me and let me know what was happening or ask me what I wanted to do. He told me there is a $99 charge to transfer data. I explained I was never given the choice and how wrong it was of them to handle the situation the way that they did. He responded that it says on the intake form that data can be lost and that maybe they should start reading the form to each customer. How dare he insult me in that way! I told him he was out of line to insult me in that way. Who does that to a customer? Who insults a customer by suggesting that she cannot read? That’s untenable, and Apple should not be recommending this company to handle repairs for customers. No customer should have such a humiliating experience at the hands and voice of an employee with Stay Online. I am pissed!

super fast and super friendly service!

My iPhone 11 had 2 hardware issues.
I booked a time slot in StayOnline for diagnosis, got a very quick and nice service where problem was quickly identified. Was told I would most likely get a new phone the next day and got a loan phone while I waited.

Took less than a day and got a new phone less than a day after.

Staff was super friendly and helpful and definitely will go back if I have more iPhone problems as well as will recommend to others!

Absolutely the worst experience ever

Absolutely the worst experience ever!

I have been an Apple customer for 10+ years and have bought dozens of their products. I have been through support every once in a while.

Un to now I haven't experienced a service remotely as bad as theirs. After being officially referred by Apple Support to get my iPhone Xs to service (bought a couple of months ago), StayOnline not only didn't fix the phone but they charged me 400 kr. for the service check. EVEN THOUGH the phone is still under the 1st year warranty and I have been sent by Apple engineering team for hardware issue. Neither the guy at the counter nor the technician cared at all! I had to pay, take my phone and go.

After a discussion with Apple Support, I have received a forceful replacement code on the phone. I went to the service once again to get the phone replaced. On the next day, I receive an offer of 5500 kr. to get a replacement as they couldn't find anything wrong with the hardware. EVEN THOUGH I have received a free replacement from Apple because they couldn't figure what is wrong with the phone via the remote diagnostics they have done.

Two days without a phone and I am still trying to get this resolved.

I sincerely advise everyone who reads this to find another authorised Apple service provider if possible.

This has been one big misunderstanding involving Apple and your company - whether its miscommunication or sync failure of your internal systems, I don't know. I have been given this code by Apple:
Case - 100836413635
Code - E050249925

And by the way, the initial case was set based on the SN of my Apple Watch. The whole problem started with experiencing connectivity issue with Apple Watch Series 4 and iPhone Xs. As it involves two devices and symptoms that could be either hardware or software, it took a lot of time in debugging and diagnosing remotely. Apple engineering team concluded that the problem must be in the bluetooth hardware of the phone itself and they have referred me to service it. Whether this is the case or not, I have very limited expertise to know. I have just followed what I have been instructed.

Nobody from neither Humac nor StayOnline showed any interest in my story or asked any questions to really help me out. They were only obsessed with rushing my case and closing it as soon as possible even if this meant unresolved case, customer pain and even unfair charges.

After arguing a lot, yes, I managed to get a refund from Humac and not get new charges anymore which were absolutely undeserved to begin with. I have also taken my old phone back after 2 painful days. I am still experiencing the same connectivity issue whatsoever.

I have talked with Apple Support again and we have sorted it out. I am going to Care1 to get the replacement.

TAKEAWAY:

The support that I have received from Humac and StayOnline has been really really bad and incompetent. Nobody cared to ask me what is going on or to help me figure the whole situation out. The only thing both company cared about was to send me a bill, collect the fees and close the case as soon as possible.

I deeply believe that all of us should be treated fairly, equally and with respect both as customers and human beings. StayOnline as a business and brand should aspire to take good care of its customers and not only achieve its KPIs and profit targets.

Based on this experience, I have promised myself not to visit neither Humac nor StayOnline ever again.

I looked up your service order and I can see you delivered your iPhone in Humac Kultorvet for service.
I cannot respond to your comments about your customer experience in Humac because its different company, I am sorry about your bad experience.

I have looked up your serial number both in Apples, and in our systems. To try and figure out what have happened in your case.

In the process of investigation of your case, I have talked with our technical staff who are handling your iPhone problem.
We cannot find a replacement code in Apples service system; therefore, the technician has sent the validation for a confirmation on the replacement code from Apple. Because we could not see any code on your iPhone, we even did a escalation to Apples internal servicestaff to have them comfirm Customer Satisfation Code (CS Code).

Based on your information about a replacement code from Apple, we did set up a repair and ask for a validation for covering the product.
Apple declined the service with the reason, that they could not see a code for replacement of the device free of charge.

The technician tried to replicate the described Bluetooth error , but it was not possible verify the Bluetooth issue with your iPhone. The technician has tested your iPhone with several Bluetooth devices with no error found.

I have spoken with Humac customer service, and they informed me that they made a CREDIT nota for the first diagnostic fee and that you have not been charged at all for any of the cases.

If you have any further questions do not hesitate to contact Apple as the replacement code was never setup for your serial number for your iPhone.

The place offers great service, and has friendly, helpful and informed employees. Also, offers a very smooth and easy process of dropping off your computer, getting updated regarding the issue, and getting it back - takes only 3-4 days.

I highly recommend this place :)
