They are like scammers working there
i went to fix my charging port of my laptop but instead of fixing it they said that they gave me an idea that my laptop also has type c charging port and they scammed me with their charger. First they said if they cannot fix my charging port the service fee is 199 and they could not fix the issue and said that i can charge on my type c port and forced me to buy their charger and take 499 kr in total and they also stole my laptop charger and gave me the broken one.
i highly recommend not to go there
instead of fixing my problem they scammed me and also took my charger and gave me another charger that is broken

I must say that I'm quite surprised to see this review from you. From our perspective, we did everything in our power to save you money, actually.

As you say, you came in with a laptop whose charging port wasn't working. We agreed on a price of 799 kr. to repair this. Then, as we were working on your laptop, we came to the realization that you could use your USB-C port for charging and completely bypass the defective charging port. Instead of the original 799, we offered you a price of 499 kr. which would include our work and a powerful charger that works with your laptop.

Normally, this price would be 199 kr. for our work and 599 kr. for the charger for at total of 798 kr. But we offered you this at only 499 kr. (a discount of almost 300 kr.). We could have repaired the charging port for the agreed upon 799 kr. but we wanted to give you a cheaper option. You accepted this over the phone.

Then when you came to pick the laptop up, you suddenly didn't want to pay for the charger, at which point we charged you a fee for our work done and returned the laptop to you. Of course, that means that you didn't get the charger we offered you—you didn't want to pay for it.

You came in with a problem and we solved your problem, even offering you a cheaper solution. I'm not sure how that is a scam.

Perhaps you think that we should have charged you the full amount instead of trying to help you save money?

Negative Review
I took my phone in for a screen replacement. After the repair, the fingerprint sensor stopped working, and they were unable to fix the issue.
When I went to collect the phone, I was forced to pay immediately, otherwise they would not give the phone back to me. When I asked for clarification, the owner started shouting, with an aggressive and intimidating attitude, to the point it felt like a physical confrontation could happen. Despite repeatedly asking him to calm down, he continued yelling for several minutes and only stopped after about 5 minutes.
After more than 10 days, there is still no solution and no clear answer: when calling, they can’t even say when—or if—they will be able to fix the problem.
A serious and completely unacceptable experience: technical incompetence, total lack of professionalism, and zero respect for the customer. Strongly not recommended.

I'm sorry to hear that you're so displeased with your experience with us.

I must say that I disagree with certain parts of your account.

You are absolutely correct in that you took your phone in for a screen replacement and that afterwards, the fingerprint sensor wasn't working. This is an issue that we haven't experienced with OnePlus phones (like yours) before and so we weren't equipped to solve it at that time. For this we are sorry.

We tried fixing it until almost halv an hour after our closing time at which time the person in charge explained that we fully intended to fix the problem (at no additional cost, of course) but that we wouldn't be able to at that time. At that point, you insisted on receiving your phone back, with the new screen, without paying. This was the issue that caused the escalation. You refused to accept that you either would need to pay for the screen (with our promise that we would fix the problem with the finger print) or leave the screen with us.

Afterwards, we ordered the tools we needed to fix the problem with your finger print. As mentioned above, this is a new issue to us and we needed additional tools to solve it. We talked to you several times on the phone and explained that it had been ordered and that we'd let you know when it arrived so you could come in and have it fixed. Every time we spoke, it turned into a long debate where you seemed to want us to magically fix it. We can't do magic. What we can do, is take responsibility for what happened and fix the problem when we are able to.

It's now been more than a week since we received the parts we needed and contacted you to fix it but you haven't been back or in touch.

I fully understand your frustration with needing to wait to have the problem solved, but we assured you—evertime we spoke—that we would solve it.

And we're still more than willing to. Contact us or come in with your phone and will take care of it.

Bad experience

I brought an Iphone in to change a back camera glass, camera in perfect working condition (of course the shop owner said he doesen’t know the state of the camera before repairing it so it is my word against his, and then there’s karma).

Came back to pick up the phone half an hour later and realized the camera was missing the whole black protection around it and the owner was trying to explain to me that this is how it should be.

Left it again for them to fix the issue and picked the phone later with spots on the picture when zooming.

Yes it is my fault for trying to fix it faster with a local shop but nevertheless one would expect no issues when paying for a service.

My laptop used to be very slow. I heard that Telegiganten gives its customers a very efficient and fast service. Therefore, I repaired my laptop at Telegiganten and the process took only took 2 days!
