Location is central but a little difficult to find, training room is a little small but thankfully had a small group to work with
Trainer was engaging and knowledgeable

An intense and interesting experience
It was a very intense and interesting few hours - very well organised and it was made enjoyable by the very pleasant 'teacher' who made us all work very hard physically and mentally (the little grey cells had a good workout !) but kept the feelings light and positive. A Very worth while experience.
