Works perfectly, helpful support team
I accidentally specified an incorrect receiver address for my transaction and the support team managed to save the transaction by sending it to the correct receiver. I've used this exchange many times and never had any issues. Highly recommended.

Held my $11K worth of crypto for over 4…
Held my $11K worth of crypto for over 4 days. I thought I'd been selectively scammed.
My swap from XMR was initially stuck at "exchanging" for hours. I contacted customer support about it (which apparently consists of one person, "George"). I was told they had problems and there would be a delay, nothing to worry about. A few hours later, the exchange suddenly went from "exchanging" to "Oops, something went wrong. The exchange couldn't be completed for some reason." I messaged George about it, he said "they" needed time to establish what went wrong and he'd get back to me in several hours. Very absurd situation. I messaged him again like 6 hours later and was told there was a "wallet maintenance issue" that shouldn't take longer than 24 hours to resolve and was asked for my email address.
The explanation didn't make much sense anyway because the website continued to be operational and I tested a small swap to XMR, which was completed in a rather short time (though in my experience, Stealthex is always slow to complete exchanges compared to their competitors and their website is unresponsive). Which further made me anxious I'd been selectively scammed. I messaged customer support again and was told by George one of their "liquidity providers" was undergoing wallet maintenance and that issuing a refund from another liquidity provider would be a "violation of security protocols". Obviously, the explanation was extremely fishy. The fact that the "liquidity provider" started their "maintenance" right when I sent them $11K worth of XMR and the fact that they now somehow couldn't send it back (and neither could any other "liquidity provider", and Stealthex didn't have any "liquidity" of their own).
Well, if you consult their FAQ, it turns out their "liquidity providers" are just major crypto exchanges like Binance, Kraken etc. They don't hold any assets of their own. They just profit off routing your swap through these exchanges using their own KYC documents. Now they might not be the only "swapping service" to do so, but it further undermines their explanation of why they had to hold my funds hostage.
I don't know whether they (if there's even a "they") were just gambling with my money or their "liquidity provider" (ie an exchange like Binance) froze their exchange and they had to provide some additional KYC documents (or fake them), though I would assume it was the former, but on the 4th day after my funds were stolen, I messaged George again (because despite his assurances that he'd keep me updated, he never messaged me himself) and miraculously, he suddenly declared Stealthex was ready to make a refund and asked me for a refund address. Except then he didn't make it and had to be nagged further. He sent the ~$11K worth of XMR around 12 hours later, which was a shock to me. I thought he'd just keep the money hostage forever.

They have had my money for over 8 days now. TheY did not send my coins. They keep telling me there is a problem with their liquidity provider and my money is stuck. They don't resolve my issue. I think they are stealing my $800. They don't update me, nothing changes. Very upsetting. Glad I did not send more
