I have zero experience with crossbows, so I emailed and asked for assistance in selection. Lukas emailed back and patiently explained a few things, answered all of my questions, and shared his experience when I wanted a few accessories. Lukas offered comfort when my shipping experience went awry (no fault of Steambow). Steambow is a great product Line. I like the idea of making small crossbows with magazines containing multiple arrows.This is great. The bow is awesome and the packaging was excellent and well organized. However I had to get on Youtube to make sure I assembled it correctly. Not sure if the instructions were inadvertently left out or they are just not included. I got 2 and neither had instructions.

Ok, so I would have given 5 stars as the m10 is as advertised and very good construction.. The best quality item I've bought online in quite a while. But.... There should definitely be more detailed assembly instructions in the box as the videos leave out a lot as well. I've worked in manufacturing of cutting edge products and know how challenging putting together a cost effective assembly instruction for the box, so I somewhat understand.. Customer service gets zero stars from me though. They were somewhat responsive until I completed the purchase, but are ghosts now. I didn't receive the rail lube, and the extra limb I ordered was the 75lb instead of the 120lb limb I requested. I have tried calling and sending emails to no avail. I would be willing to pay any increase in price for the 120lb limb, as I was only charged for the 75lb, and also would like to purchase the red dot sight and some other goodies, but not comfortable doing that until I get the original order settled properly... One more thing. The back plastic caps on the bolts come out and will shred the string if used. They should be glued in. Can someone from steambow please respond to me. Great product, but just a few unacceptable hiccups in Customer svc.

Great product with one exception. the end tips you get are plastic and pretty much break right away, and you have to order metal tips from them. this item should come with the metal tips, if the plastic ones are known to fail.
and when the plastic tips fail they act like a grenade and send hard plastic shrapnel everywhere.
after replacing the tips with metal it works great and i think this is a fantastic rig.

You sent me a 25lb instead of 120:125 I ordered ?

Packaging could be 10x times better than just a couple zip ties, the little sight on the front is basically pointless so don't expect something useful on that. Magazines are alright wouldn't stuff 10 bolts in it like they say it can hold. Assembly directions are probably the worst I've ever come across. I've only shot it a couple times since I don't have an actual useful sight on it. Cool concept but defiantly get a red dot or something for it.

I bought the AR six stinger compact and upgraded to 55 limb I couldn’t be more happy, just waiting on my red beam and my tactical flashlight

Very easy to order, very fast to receive.

Everything has been very great as far as my Steambow ownership. My only complaint is that the speedloader for the AR-6 models strips the fletchings off of the bolts. Any advice on reattaching these to the bolts when pushed off by loading into speedloader?
