The Worst of the Worst in Atlanta!
This review is for Steam Cleaning of Atlanta – Dylan Howard regarding an unsatisfactory floor cleaning service for which I paid $300 through Cash App on July 11, 2026.
I hired this company with the expectation that my floors would be professionally cleaned based on the photos they advertised on their Facebook page. Unfortunately, after the service was completed, my floors looked worse than they did before the cleaning. I immediately took photographs documenting the condition of the floors and sent them to Dylan Howard as evidence. He stated that the floor needs 72hrs for the solution to work. 72hrs later nothing had changed, I contacted Dylan by text message to let him know nothing had changed.
Dylan acknowledged that the job was unsatisfactory. He stated that he would return to correct the problem. However, despite my attempts to contact him and give him the opportunity to make things right, he has failed to schedule a return visit or resolve the issue. I have acted in good faith by allowing the company the opportunity to correct its poor workmanship. Instead, I have been left with substandard results and no resolution, despite paying $300 for services that were not performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
This company is not to be trusted. When I reported them to BBB, they tried to lie but I had pictures and Text messages to support my claim. They went to the lowest of low by making a statement that I was “Hostile”, but I wasn’t Hostile when I paid $300.00 for the service, I was not happy with.
This company and Dylan Howard will do & say whatever to not refund you so, do not be the next victim. RUN!

My response to the posted respond on August 31,2026:
First, one thing about a liar is they forget the previous lies. The person who made this comment is Sonia Mitcham. I do not know who Sonia Mitcham, the only 2 people who were present were Dylan and myself. Therefore, she cannot speak on what happened because she was not on site and whatever she’s trying to say comes from side bar conversation from Dylan I assume. The statement and supporting documents I submitted are for this complaint are true. I showed carpet that was not near the wall, it was the floor area that was still dirty. There was no thorough walkthrough. Where is their evidence or supporting documents?
Since she was not present, I refused to go back and forth with someone with secondary knowledge of what went on in my home. If you look at their Facebook page you will see the advertising of heavy green stains on the baseboard + carpet and both the baseboard and carpet were clean or are they post fake pictures to con the consumers or future clients as I was. I took what I had seen on Facebook and hired them to do a job that was a total mess.
Another untrue statement, I stated that my carpets had never been professionally cleaned. My home has been cleaned by Stanley Steemer, Carpet Cleaners in Union City & Zerorez of Atlanta. I do clean my own carpet as well.
The effect to shift the blame from them is ridiculous. If Dylan had mentioned to me that the solution he claimed he used on my floors would not eliminate permanent filtration soiling or guarantee perfect results I would not have NEVER paid him for the poor service. I had him redo the landing between the 2 staircases while he was here. I told him he had not cleaned the landing goods at all, so he went and re-cleaned it. He assured me he would come back and redo the floors after 72hrs if I was not pleased with the outcome.
Let’s be clear, anytime, you agree to come back and redo a job you previous done, you are admitting the job was not done to standard when you initially done the work.
Another untrue statement, Prior to leaving the state, we informed her of the dates we would be unavailable. Where is the proof of the dates provided? If there was a date, I would not have contacted them. Read the text messages I provided. Dylan stated that he would be back on 23 Jul. She uses their go to word “Hostile”. This is a joke.
I reach out to them on July 24. Again, where is their proof they reached out to me and provided dates that could redo the carpet? All lies, no proof. I scammed out of $300.00. I will not let them get away with this. Believe it, thou this!
Oh, they did not mention, they offered me $100 refund if I remove my BBB complaint. Not to resolve this matter. I refused….Is this blackmail?
I do understand you may have really needed the $300.00 since you used it for your so-called vacation or family time. And I do give to charity. Also, the economy is not good for all Business owners, and you may had to turn to scamming, only you knows. “Believe it, thou this!”
