Purchased a suite via David Salmon…

Purchased a suite via David Salmon Furnishers.. when it arrived, it was very uncomfortable and not representative of the furniture we tried in the showroom. We have spent months trying to resolve the matter with STEED via DAVID SALMON ...after 8 months, the furniture is still uncomfortable and despite different fillings remains very uncomfortable ... STEED doesn't in our opinion make quality furniture anymore, and the customer service just seems to want to poke it with a stick until it goes away ... we have had better furniture from DFS !! ....AVOID
