Had an issue with my briefcase
Had an issue with my briefcase. It was likely out of warranty but could never get them to even reply to me to get any details. I tried three or more times through their website and and at least once via instagram. Nothing. Really disappointing.

Good looking bag
Bag is looking very nice, I like the style, colors and purity of design.

Hi Markus, I am sorry you feel this way. Our cost to ship one bag to USA is 80 usd, we ask for 20 to cover part of that but when someone sends a bag back the cost for us is 120 usd. Best regards Catheirne

Excellent quality.
