This company accepts payments for orders/products that they do not have in stock. I waited for over a month, still no shipment! I called to cancel.. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was able to chat with someone who stated my refund would be issued. Still NO REFUND. It has been two weeks, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

The products are great but the shipping sucks it’s been 9 days and still hasn’t shipped

Steel Supplements has a only a few products that deliver solid results, the rest of the line is trash. The overall experience gets dragged down by their shipping. Even when you pay extra for specialty or expedited options, the delivery windows almost never match what you’re charged for. Regular shipping is slow, and premium shipping somehow ends up even more frustrating. It’s hard to justify spending more when orders consistently arrive outside the promised timeframe. The products might be decent, but the logistics definitely need serious improvement. Also you can earn bonus cash the more you spend but cant use it with a military discount for instance. Makes no sense. If you earned the cash you should be able to use it whenever you want.

I Love the vanilla cream pie vegan protein powder. It's creamy and blends very well. I've used it in my protein baking recipes and it always yields a beautiful vanilla flavor.

Omni is the best energy drink out there. I’ve tried many other brands but Steel’s energy drink is the only one that didn’t leave me drained after a few hours. Beach day and pineapple are hands down the best flavors.

I think the Omni Energy Georgia is a great product. I usually never like carbonated products. But the Carbonation in this product is very light. The taste is out of this world. And as in the other Omni drinks I tried the energy is great with no crash. I would recommend this product to anyone. Steel you for nocked in out of the park on this one. Thanks,Sincerely RonBoucher.

Dont buy from them you get clumped product and you cant return it for a full refund. Only store credit and they hit you with a 15% restocking fee when the product is opened or unopened!
So buyer beware your screwed no matter what. That goes for the product pumped-AF

I think I got acid reflux from taking their supplements that I'm still living with to this day over 7 years later.

Don't waste your money. This mess doesn't work. If I can give it a zero star.

People say. Most forget all the good you do and dwell on one bad you do.

The supplements work. Are they pricey? Yeah, but they work. Also for a time they actually had a service rep dedicated to me that I could email for any issues or discounts.

They dropped the ball with shipping this past Labor Day and the employee who handled it was subpar. They can improve there but all in all it’s a solid supplement company. They need to work on aspects of CS.

I’ve been purchasing from steel for several years and have watched prices get ridiculously high and customer service become trash. The time that it is taking to process and ship out orders has become horrible. Time to spend my money elsewhere.

Company used to be the amazing but they’ve quickly went down hill over the last few years. Shipping went from free with only needing to spend $75 to now needing to spend ALOT more to get it. And then the shipping options offered are all overpriced and a minimum of $10 which is NOT WHAT UPS charges to ship those items(company is making a bit of extra money off over charging shipping). Also I’ve not received an order or have received it in terrible condition and already leaking in the box. Then when you contact them they refuse to help cause “it says it was delivered”. Well if it wasn’t delivered to ME, then it wasn’t delivered. Just cause someone, somewhere got my package, doesn’t mean that I RECIPROCATED WHAT I PAID FOR. YOU SHOULD BE WILLING TO FIX THE SITUATION TO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT INSTEAD YOU DONT CARE.

Overall, this company is not the amazing fitness giant that it used to be. Save your money and order from somewhere else that cares about its customer service. This company just wants to make a quick buck, they don’t care about their consumers.

Pre workout supplement is absolute garbage. Underdosed and have no effect even after two+ scoops

I wish I could give zero stars. I took the Ultimate Ripped Stack for an 8 week cycle. The only thing ripped about it was getting ripped off. Did absolutely nothing. Got bloated, no gains in size, definition and weight loss. Started with 383 total testosterone. Ended the cycle with 122. Tells me the product is not really the product being advertised. I saved a few pills and would love to send them off to test the composition. I also tried Pumped AF. No pump, only jitters and the feeling of my heart wanting to explode. My wife's Alani pre-workout gave a much better pump, more energy and no jittters. This company is selling garbage. I have taken a lot of supplements in my days. These supplements definitely don't live up to the hype. I am only giving my review here because Steel does not have a way to write reviews on their website. They only have reviews

Horrible customer service. I ordered the samples. Reached out and asked if they would be able to send samples of Omni energy with my order. They agreed. Super excited. Didn't expect them to say yes but awesome! Order comes. Nothing. I reach out. Customer service starts by blaming me. Then they ask for a screenshot because you know, I'm a liar. I don't think they expected me to have the screenshot but they literally sent me a recap of my conversation 🤷. After seeing the screenshot, they then switched gears to how it was my fault. I should know policy doesn't allow extra samples to go out. O, the rep said he couldn't send a case. (No duh, he literally said I can send you samples though). Then it was my fault because I didn't give my order number to the guy to have it put on my order...but they use my email to record the conversation so it was assumed they knew my order number. Not once upon agreeing to send samples did they ask for my order number. Overall, I could care less about a few free energy drinks. Did I want to try them, yes. Will I ever buy anything from here again, no. Alan and Brandon have no place in customer service in my opinion. One or both are liars and ruining your brand. Just a crazy experience that completely soured me.

I order the pre workout stack no scooper in the Ada bollic always digging for it then I don’t find one and there is no more sample packets of rested for hyperade when your order or protein samples

Its been a while since I am not hooked up with any of my colleagues but working in Steel industry has been a never forgettable journey with so much to learn and give away as a HR Specialist and to nourish and to cheer for every one on board out there.

If I could give a Zero star review I would. I ordered a package over a month and a half ago and the tracking number provided still says that it has bot left original destination. I have had to ask for a refund from bank! Do not waste your time. This is a scam!
