straight up SCAM!

I ordered 3 items 2 months ago and still havent recieved it. I also tried to email them and no respond. This is a fkn scam!!!!

I ordered a swim suit may 2nd 2018 and…

I ordered a swim suit may 2nd 2018 and it never came. I emailed their site 5 times, tried to contact them through social media and no answer. I think it's a scam. i'm scared they stole my money, and who knows what else. If anyone gets anywhere, please let me know !! i'm not sure what to do!!

SCAMMM!!

SCAMMM!!! ORDER MY SWIMSUIT JANUARY 29, 2018 AND I NEVER GOT MY OLDER! THERE WAS NO PHONE NUMBER. I CONTACTED THEM FROM THE WEBSITE ONCE AND ON FACEBOOK TWICE TO ASK FOR TRACKING NUMBER AND NEVER GOT A RESPONSE!

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a dress from them and never received it.. I emailed them SEVERAL times asking for a status and they NEVER responded. They don't have a phone number to contact a real person. They take your money and don't deliver the goods. I had to contact my credit card company and tag them as a fraudulent company...

Never ever order from this company

Never ever order from this company! I should have done my reviews before ordering because I usually do. But I needed a dress for an event and was running out of time. I placed an order for an overpriced dress plus rushed shipping. Needless to say, the dress was not rushed. It arrived a week after I needed it. I also felt it was cheaply made and not flattering at all. Contacted customer service for what I thought would be an easy return. They require you to contact them for an RMA number prior to returns or they say they will deny your return. Nope, no response. Tried again a week later. No response. I am out $60 for a dress I will never wear, sell or gift. I’ve opened a paypal case against them. Never order from here unless you like people ripping you off and no way to contact customer service.

I ordered a birthday present for my …

I ordered a birthday present for my girlfriend. It was sent after a couple of days, and I was updated regularly on the process before that. They provided me with a tracking link in an e-mail, but it was not clickable because it was blue text without a hyperlink on it. I requested a tracking number on facebook, and they sent me a link to tracking on my country's postal service. Weird, because the website is in Norwegian. After the said delivery expectation date, it said it was ready to be picked up, on the other side of the country! I called the postal service, which said they had some problems, but the package was in my country and would be delivered last week. It has since been picked up at the postal office on the other side of the country and I have no way to track it, and it's been a week since I should have received it.

The site is a big scam, do not think about ordering from it, and spread the word.

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE! TOOK MY MONEY, WON'T LET ME RETURN

I ordered two items (a skirt and a dress) from Stella on September 12, 2017. I never order from a website without noting their return policy - this stated that I can return my unworn clothing within 30 days of order.

When the items arrived, they did not fit, so I promptly requested an RMA to return these products. It is October 2, 2017, and I have YET to hear anything back.

I am so upset! I want to return these things, and I won't be dealing with this website ever again!
