So glad I went with Stellar Insulation!
They were very professional from start to finish. The boiler installation was top notch -fast and efficient.
The gentleman were happy to answer all my questions.
All in all, a very satisfied customer.

Filled out a few questions on line, next day got a call back, nice young name came round to talk through options and map out the house, by the end of the week the best company for the boiler replacement came round. Replaced the boiler within a day very polite and professional.

Technician visited the house. Surveyed checked the boiler and heating system. Checked the the insulation of the house.
The boiler was very old and inundated. The insulation there was none. As this is a very old house with single pane sash windows. Lofts without insulation and membrane.

Stellar insulation install free boiler for me under government grant. The whole process from start to finish was a 5 star service. From the surveyor/ assessor of my old boiler to the fitters on the day were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the product they were installing. Took their time to explain when I asked many questions. Tried their utmost to put me at ease during the installation. They showed respect for my belongings and my home. The bonus was when they cleaned up after themselves ensuring to not leave any rubbish behind. They even checked in to ensure the boiler was still working and if I had any other questions. This is definitely a five star service!

They were quick, efficient and helpful. They really cared about my mum and dad as elderly customers and made sure they were comfortable during the installation. Super job; lovely guys. New Worcester Bosh boiler looks amazing im very happy with the overall service. 🙌

The application was easy, The people you deal with are helpful from start to finish, The work lads are excellent and the work is fantastic. Even left the house spotless afterwards. Paul and his colleague went above and beyond. Everything was done so fast yet excellent quality. I couldn't rate this company any better. Do not hesitate to use this company. They are amazing from start to finish.
