The 2 doorway 100% coir mats I got from Stella Rugs were just that - 100% coir, and perfect for my flat. Look good too! and feel good.
I found it hard to find coir mats without a rubber or pvc backing (i.e. not in fact %100 coir as advertised) - these were the only ones. I am not even sure why backing is applied to coir mats.

So thanks Stella Rugs - I'm glad I found you.

My rug was not worth the 65 dollars I paid for it the design was not as it looked like on website I was reading braided it was not what I thought .

Unfortunatly i had to return a rug i bought and as i emailed for instructions for the return i received a reply by one of their lovely team saying she will be passing by my place and will pick it up personally..The refund was processed the next business day. I was so impressed..Great rugs too. I highly recommend Stella Rugs.

This rug is of a lower quality than I expected for $63.
Looks and feels like a $10 rug from the local Reject shop.

The goods have not yet been delivered to my home..so not a good experience at all..can you please follow up on this and see that the goods are delvered as I ordered.

The product overall was good quality. Although communication and response time is quite poor. They also advertise dispatch within 24 hours which is not correct in all cases, delivery takes 2 weeks with no order tracking or update notifications. Only after multiple phone calls were the items delivered. This same ordering process happened on 2 seperate orders
