It didn't work for me, but the company is honest

I was initially furious with this company for just charging me an extra 3 months subscription, but without any pressure they willingly refunded my money so I must eat humble pie, and say that whilst it didn't work for me, they are decent people to deal with.

However, we wanted to clarify a small point: here at Stella Sleep, the app designed exclusively for kids, we do not offer a 3-month subscription. After the trial period, users are charged for an annual subscription. Also we provide options for weekly or monthly subscriptions. I signed up for the free trial on June…

I signed up for the free trial on June 4. On that day they charges me $9.00 for the free trial. I called Apple. They couldn't find it. They told me to call my bank. They asked me to call a number they provided me. It is not is service. That is fraud. I would've like to try the app and pay for the 3 months after the trail, but I won't give a company like this my business.

We are deeply sorry to hear about your experience. As the Stella Sleep app is dedicated exclusively to children’s sleep, we want to clarify a few details. Our trial period is 7 days, and subscription options are as follows: weekly for $3, monthly for $7, and annually for $40. We do not offer a 3-month subscription. When you sign up for the trial, you are offered an annual subscription, and the amount is charged only after the 7-day trial period ends and you have confirmed by pressing the "subscribe" button. Additionally, we do not provide a phone number for contact, only our email info@stellasleep.com.

There have been instances where users have confused us with another app called Stellar Sleep, which has one "R" at the end. We would appreciate it if you could check this detail. If your issue does indeed pertain to our app, we would like to understand how this happened. Please send us your app identifier to info@stellasleep.com. You can find it by opening the Stella Sleep app, going to "Account," then "Account Details," and clicking on the User ID.

If we determine that the error is on our side, we will provide you with an extended trial period free of charge. This will allow your child or children to enjoy our bedtime stories, social-emotional development stories, and even create their own stories with the help of our AI assistant, Mia. You can also record these stories for your children!

We look forward to your response and are here to assist you in any way we can.

We love Stella's stories

We love Stella's stories, and they have really helped us establish a bedtime routine for our kids. We read to them every day, but quite often they want more stories. That's when Stella comes to the rescue. Stella’s stories are very kind and calming. We especially love Atta's voice. We also had a lot of fun writing our own stories using AI. We didn't manage to voice them, maybe next time when we're not so sleepy.

Dishonest and sneaky

I find it appalling the way this company does business. I made an account to start a 7day trial and paid a small amount through paypal. The sign up process sets up an automatic payment moving forward with no permission from myself and without trialling the service. This is dishonest and immoral. Lucky I went in to check my account and was able to cancel immediately.

Great app for kids ❤️

I downloaded the app for my kids and it really helped them to fall asleep faster. Instead of 1 hour, it took around 20 min. The best bedtime story was about Theo, amazing fairy tale!!
