Arrived a day later than advised but Stel did inform me of the reason for delay. Given the current difficult situation, well done. Product as advertised. Thank you.

I ordered two items a jerry can and a spout on23rd March order no 100001047. The wrong spout was delivered and by 28th April I have still not received the jerry can or a replacement spout. The phone number given just cuts out and the company does not reply to emails.

I don't like giving poor service reviews, but after seeing some available stock on their website, I placed an order paying for the goods immediately.

After ringing & emailing *many* times, I couldn't obtain any response regarding an anticipated delivery. Last resort, before contacting my credit card company to recover the money, I found a second email address on their website, to which I received a response. I was advised that my order will now be credited, without any of the goods being supplied!

I do understand the difficulties of the current situation, I have furloughed 2/3's of my team, with us all having to multitask, but this transaction could've/should've been handled better, in my opinion...

Shocking service, still haven’t received my order after 2 weeks & no one can tell me what’s happening!!!!

Postage for 3 items was very expensive, even for Shetland. Ordered a 13mm, 18mm and 21mm impact socket on 10 April; eventually arrived on the 22 April. Delivery/Packing note confirmed order only processed on 17 April. Delivery comprised only 2 items; both 21mm sockets! 18mm socket detailed 'to follow'. However, missing the 13mm and 18mm sockets. Order was correct, packing slip wrong as it states 2No. 21mm sockets, so error at STEL end. Should have contacted buyer to advise only part-order on the way. Contacted STEL via website on receipt of incorrect and incomplete order, but awaiting a response from them. Considered posting 1 star, but at least something arrived, and STEL may make some amends to an unhappy client. Sorry, but not an efficient service; very poor so far and cannot recommend to any potential customer.

Good quality product that I could not have bought in any local shops / garden centres when they were open. Superb service, free postage and very prompt delivery. Thank you and well done!
